SIGTMB

I need some help with my team. I probably haven't tested it as much as the forum requires, but I've been very busy lately.

Here's my team (There were pictures before, but this is my second time writing this, as my work got erased the first time.):

260___swampert_by_merum_sb_blueolimar-d38u42l.png

Swampert @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpD
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)
-Earthquake
-Ice Beam
-Stealth Rock
-Protect

The point of Swampert as a lead is to provide stealth rock, then do as much damage as possible. Essentially, the formula goes:
1) Stealth Rock
2) Ice Beam/Earthquake
3) Switch out/die
Protect is using in case I have to use swampert later on a poisoned opponent and stall for as much damage as possible against them. But also, this Swampert is just defensive in general.

infernape.png

Infernape @ Life Orb
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature (+Spe, -Def)
-Close Combat
-Grass Knot
-Stone Edge
-Overheat

Infernape goes along with the general theme of this team. He is designed to have a wide type-coverage while still having two STAB moves for some extra power. I know this slot is usually reserved for a support lead, but I felt like taking a different direction with this pokemon.

Gengar_by_Leliea.png

Gengar @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
-Substitute
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
Gengar is a powerful and fast special attacker that also doubles as a spinblocker. He is part of the core of my team, and serves the purpose of surviving with Substitute and attacking a wide variety of foes with his three attacks. When using Gengar, I most often use Shadow Ball (for the STAB), but use Thunderbolt when it would clearly be the better choice. Focus Blast is merely a precaution in case I face against something dangerous such as Weavile.

tyranitar.png

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
-Stone Edge
-Crunch
-Pursuit
-Aqua Tail
Since 4 members of my team are resistant to Sandstorms, Tyranitar's Sand Stream just seemed like the perfect fit. He also provides a great all-out attacker moveset, with a STAB Pursuit that I imagine could be of a lot better use if I were better at predictions.
462.png

Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 148 HP / 252 SpA / 108 Spe
Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power Fire
-Volt Switch
-Flash Cannon
From testing, Magnezone seems to be my team's weakness, as he is usually killed before he can do too much. I have been considering replacing him with a RestTalkCM Spiritomb, but I'm not sure how that would play out. Nevertheless, Magnezone makes quite an impact against the opponent when he gets going. And Volt Switch allows him to attack and then switch safely into Gengar (for those pesky ground attacks), or Swampert (for some physical bulk).

Pokemon_Scizor_by_masterrabbit.jpg

Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
-U-Turn
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower
-Pursuit
Scizor is designed to be a potent revenge killer, with a STAB Bullet Punch, that's also powered up with Technician and Choice Band. He is mainly used for cleanup against some tougher low-defense threats such as Blissey or Weavile.

Basically, it's an offensive team with a defensive lead. Swampert comes out at the start to set up Stealth Rock and do as much damage as possible. Infernape, along with the classic Gengar/Tyranitar/Magnzone core, are designed to have excellent offensive move coverage.
