Are the lati@s(not holding soul dew) legal in competitive gameplay? Ive been wondering this for some time now. Would be nice if I got a clear answer

No tier discussion...but face it, the Lati@s are beasts even without Soul Dew. It is also not impossible to tell if they're wearing it, definitely not.

No more point in this thread continuing: Lati's are not allowed, just like any other uber.
