[OVERVIEW]

Silvally-Rock awkwardly fits between Lycanroc and Aggron as an offensive Rock-type. Despite Silvally-Rock having more bulk than Lycanroc to ensure safer Swords Dance setup, Lycanroc is still an overall better breaker with higher Attack, Speed, and access to Lycanium Z. Aggron, on the other hand, has a secondary Steel typing that gives it a plethora of notable resistances, has a higher Attack stat, gets access to a recoil-less Head Smash and STAB Heavy Slam, and can hold a worthwhile item such as a Choice Band. Silvally-Rock's mediocre stats, movepool, and fixed ability and item prevent it from ever outshining its competition in any scenario.

[SET]
name: Swords Dance
move 1: Swords Dance
move 2: Multi-Attack
move 3: Zen Headbutt
move 4: Fire Fang / Parting Shot
item: Rock Memory
ability: RKS System
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Depending if it wants to take on an offensive Swords Dance or pivoting role, Silvally-Rock should try to make use of its decent bulk and good Speed tier to either put offensive pressure on the opposing team or provide momentum for teammates. However, Silvally-Rock faces too much competition from Aggron and Lycanroc in particular to stand out. While it does have access to Parting Shot, this feature alone doesn't remotely make Silvally-Rock worth using.

Silvally-Rock awkwardly fits between Lycanroc and Aggron as an offensive Rock-type. Despite having more bulk than Lycanroc to ensure (safer) Swords Dance setup, Lycanroc has more Attack and Speed, as well as Lycanium Z which nukes any non-resisted at +2 Attack (saying it makes lycan a better breaker sounds better). Aggron on the other hand the secondary Steel-typing that gives it a plethora of notable resistances, again has a higher Attack stat, and gets access to a recoil-less Head Smash and STAB Heavy Slam (also gets to use cb) (smth about rockvally's mediocre stab move and worse movepool compared to its competition)

[SET]
name: Swords Dance
move 1: Swords Dance / Defog (set is swords dance, shouldn't have this)
move 2: Multi-Attack
move 3: Zen Headbutt
move 4: Fire Fang / Parting Shot
item: Rock Memory
ability: RKS System
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Depending if it wants to take on an offensive Swords Dance or pivoting role, Silvally-Rock should try to make use of its decent bulk and good Speed tier to either put offensive pressure on the opposing team or soften hits for teammates (would rather say provide momentum). (However,) Silvally-Rock faces too much competition from Aggron and Lycanroc in particular to stand out.
