OM Silvally's form at Team Preview (and Tera Type Preview)

What is the bug?
Silvally's form shows up in the Tera Preview, but not in team preview

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, simply start a Nat Dex Tera Preview Draft battle with a silvally form and it reveals the type
 
This is a bug, but it's not super clear what the correct fix is. In Gen 8, the most recent games with Silvally in them, Silvally's form is not revealed at Team Preview. Arceus's form in Gen 9 is revealed at Team Preview, but Silvally isn't in the game, so it's assumed to have the same behavior as it did in past generations, just like how Urshifu does this generation.

I'm not sure if there's been National Dex policy discussion on whether or not Silvally's form should be revealed in National Dex metagames. For now, I'll assume the bug is not using a generic form for Silvally's sprite in Tera Type Preview. However, I should also mention that is the harder fix of the two as opposed to just changing National Dex policy. Not sure which will be done.
