[SET COMMENTS]

Arceus-Ghost makes use of its good Speed, amazing bulk, and a lack of Ghost-resistant Pokemon in the tier to become a frightening setup sweeper, capable of taking advantage of common walls like Magearna and Arceus-Water. Substitute allows Arceus-Ghost to take advantage of its bulk to set up on more passive walls, such as Milotic and Garganacl, as well as block status moves from foes such as Pecharunt, Clodsire, and Magearna. Similarly, Taunt blocks status moves from non-Sablenite versions of the aforementioned Pokemon and prevents foes from healing or setting up. Will-O-Wisp can cripple Pokemon like Urshifu-R, Dragonite, Regieleki, and Kingambit, allowing either Arceus-Ghost or its teammates to take advantage of their lessened damage output. Imprison is a niche, but useful, move, allowing Arceus-Ghost to completely stonewall other Calm Mind Arceus formes; however, its utility outside of that is highly outclassed by Taunt. Ghost-resistant Pokemon such as Kingambit, Hisuian Samurott, and Arceus as well as Gyaradosite users such as Pecharunt and Clodsire are a pain for Arceus-Ghost, as it can’t reliably break through them, although all of them fear being burned by Will-O-Wisp. Pokemon like Great Tusk and Urshifu-R are wonderful teammates for Arceus-Ghost, as they can deal with these foes. Urshifu-R, in particular, can lure in Ghost-types like Lunala and non-Gyaradosite Pecharunt for Arceus-Ghost to come in and force them out, while Great Tusk can remove entry hazards for Arceus-Ghost. Similarly, other Pokemon that can give hazard removal, such as Regieleki and Corviknight, are great teammates, so that Arceus-Ghost doesn't get worn down by switching in constantly. As Arceus-Ghost doesn't have much of an offensive presence until it sets up, hazard setters like Magearna, Garganacl, Great Tusk, and Hippowdon are great teammates to help wear down bulkier Pokemon like Garganacl and Eternatus.

Arceus-Ghost abuses it’s naturally good speed, amazing bulk, and a lack of Ghost-resistant Pokemon in the tier to become a frightening set-up sweeper capable of taking advantage of common walls like Magearna and Arceus-Water. Taunt is able to block status moves from non-Sablenite Magearna, Pecharunt, and Clodsire, as well as preventing them from healing, which gives Arceus-Ghost a free setup opportunity opportunities to set up. Substitute perform the same role as Taunt in preventing status, but Substitute allows it to take advantage of its bulk to set-up on more passive walls such as Milotic and Garganacl. Will-o-Wisp, on the other hand, can cripple Pokemon like Urshifu-R, Dragonite, Regieleki, and Kingambit looking to break their way through Arceus-Ghost, allowing either itself or it’s teammates to take advantage of their lessened damage output. Reorder the moves to reflect the changes to the set. While there are a lack of Ghost-resists, the Ghost-resists that are commonplace, Ghost-resistant Pokemon such as Kingambit, Samurott-Hisui, and as well as Gyaradosite Pokemon such as Pecharunt and Clodsire, are a pain for Arceus-Ghost as it can’t reliably break through them, and they get a completely free switch-in on non-Will-o-Wisp sets although all but Pecharunt fear being burned by Will-O-Wisp. Therefore, Fighting-types like Great Tusk and Urshifu-R are wonderful teammates for Arceus-Ghost. Urshifu-R in particular can lure in Ghost-types like Lunala and non-Gyaradosite Pecharunt for Arceus-Ghost to come in and force them out, while Great Tusk can remove hazards for Arceus-Ghost, which can be a pain if it is switching often. As Arceus-Ghost dosen’t have much of an offensive presence until it sets up, hazard setters like Magearna, Garganacl, and Hippowdon are great teammates to break wear down more bulkier Pokemon like the aforementioned Garganacl and Eternatus.

Looks like a solid start. A few changes to be done but I trust you to implement them so consider this QC 1/2 once you have.

Arceus-Ghost abuses it’s its naturally good speed, amazing bulk, and a lack of Ghost-resistant Pokemon in the tier to become a frightening set-up setup sweeper, (AC) capable of taking advantage of common walls like Magearna and Arceus-Water. Substitute allows it to take advantage of its bulk to set-up setup on more passive walls, (AC) such as Milotic and Garganacl, as well as block status moves from foes such as Pecharunt, Clodsire, and Magearna. Similarly, Taunt blocks status moves from non-Sablenite versions of the aforementioned Pokemon, and also prevents foes from healing or setting up. (Reordered) Will-o-Wisp Will-O-Wisp, on the other hand, can cripple Pokemon like Urshifu-R, Dragonite, Regieleki, and Kingambit looking to break their way through Arceus-Ghost, allowing either itself or it’s its teammates to take advantage of their lessened damage output. Taunt is able to block status moves from non-Sablenite Magearna, Pecharunt, and Clodsire, as well as preventing them from healing, which gives Arceus-Ghost opportunities to set up. The EV's EVs allow Arceus-Ghost to outspeed Lucarionite Ceruledge and OHKO it, while the rest are put into bulk to help Arceus-Ghost set up setup the boosts it needs to threaten the opposing team. Ghost-resistant Pokemon such as Kingambit, Samurott-Hisui, Arceus, as well as Gyaradosite Pokemon users such as Pecharunt and Clodsire, are a pain for Arceus-Ghost, (AC) as it can’t reliably break through them, although all but Pecharunt fear being burned by Will-O-Wisp (Even GyaraPech hates getting burned, but your choice if you feel this sentence right). Fighting-types like Great Tusk and Urshifu-R are wonderful teammates for Arceus-Ghost, as they can deal with these Pokemon. (I don't like how this line mentions that Fighting-types helps against those aforementioned foes when you clearly mentioned GyaraMons in their too. Either make a new sentence about countering them, or just omit the words "Fighting-types" and frame the sentence as per requirement.) Urshifu-R in particular can lure in Ghost-types like Lunala and non-Gyaradosite Pecharunt for Arceus-Ghost to come in and force them out, while Great Tusk can remove hazards for Arceus-Ghost. (Add another sentence about other hazard removers here) As Arceus-Ghost dosen't doesn't have much of an offensive presence until it sets up, hazard setters like Magearna, Garganacl, Great Tusk, and Hippowdon are great teammates to wear down bulkier Pokemon like the aforementioned Garganacl and Eternatus.

We might need to discuss these changes with kenn since a few of his suggestions have been altered in this QC. I'll give it another look after the changes have been made.

Thoughts on adding Imprison to the analysis (without slash)?? Completely invalidates Arceus formes & other CM Recover guys from doing stuffs

Maybe I could've waited for Ceru to get banned since its speed tier depends on that, my bad for that reminder :p

Rest looks decent, QC: 2/2.

There are way too many typos though, and you didn't add the set name before that Arceus-Ghost @ Spooky Plate ;-;

I'd like to take another look at this after it's implemented before giving 1/1

(The EVs allow Arceus-Ghost to outspeed Lucarionite Ceruledge and OHKO it, while the rest are put into bulk to help Arceus-Ghost setup.)
