Singles Megazard Team

So, with all the mega evolutions and what not charizard managed to finally become a legit threat in OU, which is cool because NU was super gimmicky and had shuckle. Hate that thing.

So, here is my concept and I am looking for improvement suggestions

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake

This is the Main point of the team right here. Not a fan of the risk of outrage, especially now with it being completely stopped by fairies. Dragon Claw has a lot of the power with none of the risk.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Will-O-Wisp

The spinblock and completely annoying ghost that wont quit. I love gengar, always have, and this set may be unorthodox but I think it serves his purpose well. Sub is nice because gengar generally doesn't survive most hits, that being said I needed someone with will o wisp and Jellicent isn't an option right now. I may or may not throw Trevanent in this spot instead, that is tentative.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 40 SAtk / 28 SDef / 192 Spd
Timid Nature
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Dazzling Gleam
- Fire Blast/Aura Sphere

The only Fairy type I can't hate myself for using, Togekiss has always been a legit threat, serene grace air slashes have won me so many fights in the past both in ubers from shymin and kiss in OU. He has no access to moonblast, which is disappointing, but hes more bulky than outright destroy..e He's my counter to other dragons and fighting types alike.

Excadrill @ Air Balloon
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

The spinner. Excadril made an explosive return with the release of X and Y, Normally I'd run Mold Breaker, but because of TTar fitting into this team as my setup, I went with the sand rush outspeeding Excadril is hard enough without it, but with it, he's going to not only be able to get rid of things like sticky web and rocks but be a contending sweeper too.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 40 Def / 224 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Substitute
- Toxic

I'll find an excuse to use Gliscor, Originally I was considering running him as a defogger, but defog and poison heal don't really mix, so Im setting him up as a wall. Toxic goes on everything that isn't already burned or immune to it and i sit there and giggle while they melt.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

The setup. If I could run assault vest here, I would, but sadly he's the only rocks support I can get here. That being said, he's bulky as hell, breloom is still a threat to him, but most fighting types are going to be. As long as he gets his rocks off, he's done his job and can bait the switch so that charizard togekiss or gengar can come in for free to take care of whatever was just sent out.

I feel like the setup has its perks but it also has its downsides, my biggest concern is gengar, as his limited movepool doesn't let him destroy everything, granted Ghost has become absurdly powerful again, with the nerfs to steel.

Any and all feed back is appreciated.

while it does look very cool, the first thing I thought of was Azumaril and how there really isn't a solid counter for it or water types in general as half the team is weak to them and none resist them
a similar deal with ground types(much like your own), but while half are weak to ground, half are immune (more if you count non megacharizard and air balloon excadrill)
were it the Y version of megacharizard you'd have a form of a counter just from it showing up with the reduction in waters power and 1turn solarbeam from the drought

Harvest trevanant might do well for you as it can be annoying, a spinblocker, and it can cover your water issues

Think I should drop Gengar for trevanent then? Im not a fan of harvest as its too inconsistent. I'd just run rest/nat cure
