Singles Standard Trick Room

Here's my attempt at a singles standard trick room team. The purpose of the team is to simply set up trick room which will hopefully hinder my opponent, but at the least give me the attacking advantage with some pretty nice sweepers. My concerns are that only 3 pokemon know trick room and that i have 3 physical sweepers and no solid special sweepers. I also have no clue what counters trick room and what i could do to counter that. Right now the team is pretty sketchy so please help away.

I don't really like set up-sweepers in trick room teams. After using tr with a poke you have 4 turns left. Then you switch to lax(3 turns left). Then you use curse and your left with two turns. Now you can only KO a maximum of two pokemon assuming your opponent has no counter to snorlax. I'd replace curse with something that provides better coverage.

Choice items are also not a good idea because it will allow your opponent to counter you easily and waste a turn of tr. I've tried champ on tr teams and he does better with LO. BP is useless as You will outspeed most threats. Payback may seem unusual but it allows you to hit the rotom forms who will force switches and cripple your switch aswell as waste a turn of tr. GL with the team.

A good way to make the most of Trick Room is to make sure you don't waste time switching around. Suicide moves and things like U-Turn or Baton Pass on your Trick Room-using Pokemon can help a huge amount just by improving your tempo. Along those lines, you could try using Explosion on Bronzong, over the now less-accurate Hypnosis, perhaps. SelfDestruct on Snorlax wouldn't be a horrible idea, either, if you can get it.

The choice of Cresselia is interesting, and I think could be a very unique TRer with Lunar Dance, but you might consider using Porygon2. Your team doesn't have a huge number of powerful special attackers, and Porygon2's 105 Sp Atk, low Spe and solid defenses would make it more broadly useful. Just some general ideas. ^^

Going to have to lock this under rule 3 of this subforum:

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.
