Siny Team- OU/UU

Hello, this is actually my first post here lol. Now I'm not really the competitive battle type, but i like catching shinies, so i decided to make a shiny team. This team is made up of all my favrotie shinies (not invluding legendaries). Just wanted to know if i could make it better :)

Shiny Pokemon Team​

Scizor- ~Swords Dance
~U-Turn
~Roost
~X-Scissor
EV’s: Full Attack, Full HP
Nature: Adamant
Item: Life Orb
Just used as a strong sweeper here. The Roost is for lifeorb damage and since scisor probably won't go first since i put stats into full HP/Attack

[]Ampharos- ~Substitute
~Thunderbolt
~Toxic
~Hidden Power Ice/Hidden Power Grass
EV’s: Full HP, Full Sp. Attack
Nature: Rash
Item: Leftovers
Staller with substiture and toxic

Ninetales- ~ Nasty Plot
~ Flamethrower/ Fire Blast
~ Will-O-Wisp
~ Extransensory
EV’s: Full Sp. Attack, Full Speed
Nature: Modest
Item: Life Orb
Not too great of a sweeper but goes nice with the nasty plot, can't get energy ball in there though since it's almost impossible to get a shiny egg with the right nature too.[/FONT]

Gardevoir~Reflect
~ Light Screen
~ Wish
~ Hypnosis
EV’s: Full HP, Full Sp. Defense
Nature: Modest
Item: Light Clay

My starter probably had good defence/Hp too get it's screen up. Hypnosis on the first turn, screens on 2nd and 3rd, and probably switch into a counter sweeper after.
Umbreon- ~ Mean Look
~ Protect
~ Moonlight
~ Toxic
EV’s: Full HP, Full Defense
Nature: Careful
Item: Chople berry
Mean look on first turn, then either switch to a counter or ride it out with a toxic/protect combo. Can use moonlight if low on HP

Marowak~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge
~ Fire Punch
~ Stealth Rock
EV’s: Full Attack, Full Sp. Defense
Nature: Jolly
Item: Thick Club
I'm not too sure about this one. It can probably survive most hits with the screens up, but idk about stealth rock. Would b useful to switch into after gardevoirs hypnosis, but dangerous if OHKO'ed. is my main sweeper




as u notice my team does not have a lot of speed, which I'm worried about. Should i just put Ev's into speed? i still think itd b a waste because most other pokemon would still go first. Thanks for the comments ^^

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Feel free to post your team again once you've fixed up the descriptions.
