Sirfetch’d is a Pokemon for starting and clean up some Pokemon that want to set up with focus sash.
Sirfetch’d can counter lots of OU Pokemon with surprise: aegisland, excadrill, bisharp, cloyster, tyranitar, polteageist and terrakion that mostly have focus sash will mostly go to the situation that both have 1 hp which we can kill him with the underestimate move- feint which can easily take out him with it’s priority +2, even though they have shadow sneak or quick attack. Sirfetch’d can also use final gambit to clean up some annoying pokemon such as toxapex, Hawlucha, durant, HP252 Def 4 clefable(close combat+final gambit). Sacrifice sirfetch’d for toxapex and clefable is of course a worth trade. Sirfetch’d can also use for taking out dracovish but not with final gambit that might be wasted if opponent switch pokemon. useing ‘counter’(move) can counter dracovish fishous rend with 1hp(sash) and you can use feint to break the next pokemon focus sash (if they have one).
The ev can make it’s close combat and final gambit make the biggest job: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD just a simple ev distribution.
Some tricky opponent of Sirfetch’d is Ferrothorn which will break the sash. Corviknight which can’t do much with close combat and final gambit. Mandibuzz which will pull the time and get Sirfetch’d with toxic and it will even set up rocks. And Seismitoad cause high defence. I’m not good at giving teammates but I think that Rotom H might be a good choice for counter the above pokemons.
Also, if some pokemons u-turn and break the focus sash of Sirfeth’d and bring out dracovish, Jellicent will work cause of the water absorb and it’s can counter seismitoad with energy.
