SkarmBliss combo?

I feel dumb, but I've heard a lot of people talking about a SkarmBliss combo, and I wanted to know all about it.

I obviously know the two pokemon involved in it, but can somebody explain it in full detail for me, down to the actual setup of the two pokemon?

Just keep switching between the two when someone brings out a physical/special sweeper. Deal passive damage with SR or Spikes on Skarm and Paralyze with Bliss.

Use Drill Peck/Ice Beam/Seismic Toss when you have nothing better to do.

I'm still not sure I get it...

Once you've got them paralyzed and SR/Spikes layed out, how does continually switching help? Perhaps an actual example would help me understand it easier. x_o;

Basically you keep switching in skarm to wall physical sweepers and switch in blissey for special sweepers

Although this doesn't work quite as well this gen because of the physical/special split and mixed sweepers running about.
