In Depth:

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 SpD
Bold Nature
-Seismic Toss
-Soft-Boiled
-Aromatherapy
-Toxic

Seismic Toss is the attacking move, whenever there are some "free" turns I use it, Soft-Boiled is for recovery, Aromatherapy helps the entire team by removing status conditions, Toxic it's used to kill anything that isn't steel or poison, Natural Cure helps when i don't want to use aromatherapy or when it's sleep/frozen. 252 HP/ 252+ Def helps to absorb physical damage as it already absorbs special damage as if it was nothing, Eviolite boosts it's defenses. Chansey is the center of this team, she is made to resist most attacks both physical and special while destroying the opposing team with toxic and seismic toss.

jellicent.jpg

Jellicent @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: HP 252/ 252 Def/ 4 SpD
Bold Nature
-Taunt
-Scald
-Will-O-Wisp
-Recover

Taunt helps killing walls like blissey and prevents some pokemon from spiking all over me, WoW burns some pokemon and makes most of them useless, Scald is a great STAB move and can burn on a switch, Recover recovers health(oh rly?). 252 HP/ 252+ Def/ 4 SpD make it resists most physical attacks. Sitrus Berry recover its HP if under 50%, with that jellicent is able to burn the opponent and recover in the next turn even if it takes 70% of jellicent's life. Jellcent is a great counter to Keldeo, Azumarill and other physical water types and it also works as a spin blocker.

talonflame.jpg

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 60 Spd / 252 Atk / 196 HP
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Roost

Brave Bird and flare blitz are great to kill trevenant, aegislash, M-Venusaur... which are great counters to this team, U-Turns is for when i predict a switch so i can send the right counter/check to that pokemon on the same turn, also takes a large chunk of TTar's life. Because of Gale Wings I took some Speed EVs and put on HP to make it more bulky, so it can switch in without too many problems, 60 Speed EVs are enough to outspeed 100 base speed mons.

donphan.jpg

Donphan @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
-Ice Shard
-Earthquake
-Knock Off
-Rapid Spin

Earthquake is it's main STAB also helps killing steel types, Ice Shard is it's priority move and helps killing dragons and flying types, Rapid Spin is for removing entry hazards, Knocking Off enemies itens is always useful and kills spinblockers, 252 HP is for making him last longer while 252+ Atk is for increasing the damage, Sturdy can be useful for surviving normally lethal attacks. Donphan is great against Lati@s and Deoxys, if I predict a ghost type switch in i can use Knock Off and K.O him on the next turn and then spin.

skarmory.jpg

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/ 252+ Def/ 4 Spe
Impish Nature
-Brave Bird
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
-Roost

Brave Bird is useful for killing Breloom and M-Venusaur and prevents it from being locked in taunt, Spikes is for dealing a bit of damage every time the opponent switches, Whirwind is useful for taking out boosted enemies and deal damage with Spikes and Stealth Rock, Roost is for recovery, 252 HP/ 252+ Def maximises its physical wall potential and 4 Spe is for outspeeding other skarmory or any other pokemon with 70 base Spe and no Evs, Rocky Helmet punishes physical attackers. Skarmory is a standard physical wall, his main way to kill to put some spikes on the opposing team and whirwind until i some pokemons die, if there are some rocks, even better.

ferrothorn.jpg

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP/ 4 Def/ 252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
-Gyro ball
-Leech Seed
-Toxic/Power Whip (suggestions?)
-Stealth Rock

Gyro Ball has good damage with 0 Ivs and -Spe, Leech Seed helps keeping ferrothorn alive while draining the enemies HP, Toxic is for killing faster, Stealth rocks is just another entry hazard. 4+ Def/ 252 SpD equalizes it's defenses, that plus the 252 HP EVs grants him great Bulk, leftovers makes him harder to kill and Iron Barbs punishes physical attackers. Ferrothorn is the lead, his objective is to setup rocks and kill the enemy if possible with the other 3 moves.

Counters to this team I can remember: Heatran, Mixed Aegislash, Clefable, Magic guard, Substitute, electric mons with fire moves, some physical fire pokemon(such as Charizard X)

Mons that causes problems to my team but i can get rid of them: Conkeldurr, Zapdos, Espeon

I play on cartridge as well so i can't use legendaries/transfer only moves

If you have any suggestions for the team or the post itself please tell so I can change that

Hey! Gonna share a few thoughts on the team.

Use a spread of 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef with Bold nature on Chansey to maximize your bulk. Investing EVs in HP don't really matter considering your bulk, especially since you are not Wish passing. Although I'm not all that convinced on Spikes on this team, if you decide to keep Spikes, I suggest you switch your item to Leftovers, since you need the longevity. You should also run Taunt and 84 Speed EVs, to shut down Defoggers such as Mandibuzz and Togekiss, and to stop M-Venusaur from using Synthesis or Leech Seed. You could replace Brave Bird with Taunt, sicne Skarmory really doesn't need an attacking move. If you want to use mixed defenses on Ferrothorn, use 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SpD with a Relaxed nature, that should come closer.

I would also make some suggestions to switch some of your team members. First of all, I would switch Arcanine, as he is mostly outclassed by Entei. I think this set comes the closest on replacing your Arcanine. Sacred Fire is a much better move to spam than Flare Blitz, and you still have that useful ExtremeSpeed in your disposal. You also get that nifty Rock + Ground coverage. The only thing you lack is a better Speed, as Entei is forced to run Adamant because Sacred Fire is an event move. If you don't like the drop in speed, you can try Victini, which has the same speed tier as Entei, and can afford to run Jolly. Also Banded V-Create hits much harder than Arcanine's Flare Blitz. One thing you could also consider is to use Char-X in your team, as it offers a good win condition, and a way to break opposing defensive teams.
move 1: Sacred Fire
move 2: Extreme Speed
move 3: Stone Edge
move 4: Bulldoze
item: Choice Band
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
nature: Adamant

I'm having a hard time seeing why you would choose to run Jellicent on this team. It doesn't bring anything useful to defensive teams, nor can it bring any offensive pressure. The only thing I can think of is that he has a good synergy with Ferrothorn, but that's it really. If you want a good mixed wall who has a good synergy with Ferrothorn, I suggest you try AV Slowbro. Even though Slowbro doesn't learn Will-o-Wisp, Scald acts as a pseudo-reliable burning move. You also have quite reliable recovery in Regenrator. You can also run a physically defensive Slowbro with Lefties, as he works well with a specially defensive or mixed Ferrothorn. If you run Leftovers, you can also equip Slack Off, giving you an even easier time to regain health.

Donphan is another Pokemon that shouldn't be on the team. Even if you become a pseudo-reliable Rapid Spinner with AV, you still fail to spin against anything not named Aegislash. I think your team could work better if it used Defog, as it would let you have a free team slot to equip whatever you like in place of Donphan. However, if you want to use Rapid Spin, there are really only 2 viable rapid spinners in the tier, and those are Excadrill and Starmie. I think Excadrill would benefit your team most, as you could equip him with a Chocie Scarf, and thus you could get yourself a revenge-killer. However, Starmie could also work as a powerful special attacker who sits at a good speed tier. That's all for now, good luck with the team!

Thank you for the reply, i'm thinking about changing jellicent to a mixed sableye with taunt, knock off, WoW and recover. What do you think?
As for chansey EV spread i don't think it's necessary for her to have more SpD instead i run HP because it helps tanking physical moves which is the main problem. I didn't find any special attacker that can be a threat to chansey yet.
I need to run brave bird on skarmory because he is my best counter to breloom(arcanine will probably die on a switch plus mach punch)
I really don't like using legendaries or repeated itens. I prefer to use things that I can get on the real game (i'll never get a 5IVs legendary unless i hack)
EDIT: NVM about the sableye, jellicent is my only counter to keldeo so i have to keep her on the team

What do you think about this for replacing Arcanine?

Talonflame @ sharp break
EVs: 192 HP/ 252 Atk/ 64 Spe
Ability: Gale Wings
Nature: adamant
Moves: Swords Dance, Flare Blitz, Brave Bird, Roost

Pretty self explanatory, swords dance when you have time to do so and wreck everything with Brave Bird and Flare Blitz

Maybe change for CB set?

Hey, I don't know much about stall, but I can give a few pointers.

First off all, I would suggest (since this is a no-legendary team) to replace Arcanine with Choice Band Talonflame. Arcanine is just, outclassed, by almost every other physical fire-type in the game. You mentioned talonflame before, but the CB set is better than the SD set, as it gives you immediate power, allowing you to both sweep and revenge kill easier. Not much else to say here.

Next, I would suggest Replacing Brave Bird with Defog on Skarmory. Giving Skarmory defog not only allows Skarmory to become a hazard remover, but it allows you to have a free team spot > donphan. Also, Skarmory has one of the best niches over other defog users: the ability to beat Bisharp. This alone is awesome for a stall team, allowing you to keep hazards of your side of the field better than donphan, whom is walled by air ballon aegislash and laughed at be gourgiest and trevenant.

Lastly, since you now have a defog user, I would suggest Replacing Donphan with Quagsire. Your team lacks a good physical wall whom can heal itself, leaving you prone to physical attackers like CharX and talonflame. With Quagsires ability unaware, you can completly stop sweeps with toxic and recover (thanks to most set-up sweepers being physical). This would add another level of defence to your team, allowing you to stall on both sides of the spectrum.

Thank you for the reply
Changed Arcanine for Talonflame. It's working very good until now :D
That may sound strange but I do this team on cartridge too so i don't use pokemon with "Pokebank moves" like defog on skarmory

It might be wise to change skamory to mandibuzz then, as it naturally learns defog.

Great Idea, I'll test it out
What set would you recommend?
Mandibuzz has so many options it's hard to chose only 4

EDIT: While getting my talonflame on cartridge I just got a shiny fletching :D

Thanks for the set, I'll run taunt and probably Overcoat since it makes Mandibuzz immune to spore
I was wondering if Mandibuzz is a good counter to M-Pinsir because I'll be taking out my best counter to it
Okay taking out Donphan and Skarmory left my team too vulnerable for common threats such as espeon and zapdos so i'm getting them back
