Slaking Charge!

Greetings! I'm new to competitive pokemon battling and this is my UU team:

1. Lead
Uxie @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Impish
Evs: 252 HP, 104 Def, 154 Spe. Def.
- Trick
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Yawn

The entire point of this guy is to set up SR, maybe trick a lead with CS and yawn the switch, but if i get SR up, i'm happy. Slaking really wishes for OHKO, and SR support may be the only thing that changes that. I have yet to be able to Trick any leads, so I'm thinking about changing that, I am also thinking about changing Yawn to thunder wave to help slow down some of my opposition.

2. Phys. Hit 'n Run:
Slaking @ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack, 6 Def., 252 Speed
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Return
- Sucker Punch

Earthquake is for the Rock pokemon and occasional grounded poisons.. Fire punch is for Venasaur and Steelix, STAB return is the main attack, and Sucker Punch for anything that thinks they will outspeed it or the levitating Ghost types that want to set up.

3. Spin Blocker, setting up rest talker:
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def., 6 Spe. Def.
- Calm Mind
- Dark Pulse
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

I think this poke's pretty self explanatory. It calm minds till in the crit. zone (or will soon die). then rest of the status. and hope for a sleep talk Stab Boosted Dark Pulse. It's main reason though, is to stop spinners like Donphan who want to remove my SR. If it can set up enough, it can sweep.

4. Bulky Water!!:
Milotic @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP, 252 Def., 8 speed
- Surf
- Hidden Power Grass
- Ice Beam
- Recover

Yay for instant Healing that's not rest!! Surf for Main STAB attack, HP grass for coverage, and Ice beam for Venasaur and anything that's flying. Recover because it's amazing.

5. Physical Tank:
Regirock @ Leftovers
Nature: Careful
EVs: 252 HP, 36 Att., 222 SpD
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Stone Edge
- Thunder Wave

The EVs give explosion a bit of a bang and let Earthquake and Stone Edge be a little stronger. Thunder Wave over Toxic because i don't plan on stalling with this guy and my "sweepers" are slow. I have yet to find the need to use regirock as a spec. wall, so i'm thinking of moving some of the SpD EVs to Attack to give him more of punch.

6. The guy i throw in my team to balance it:
Hariyama @ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
EVs: 80 HP, 172 Att., 254 Def.
- Force Palm
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge
- Whirlwind

As the title implies, he's sorta the backup. Force palm adds para support as he is quite slow. Ice Punch and Stone Edge add coverage, and Whirlwind the stuff I don't want to punch.

Well, there's my team.
If you've noticed, i actually put the extra 2 EVs into something. Yea, it just feels right to me that way... sure it doesn't do anything, but it feels like it did... you know, like how pressing A and B while throwing that pokeball doesn't do anything but feels like it did? yea, it's like that.

I'm not really an expert at this, but it seems to me like Sucker Punch isn't very useful on Slaking. You said it was to stop ghosts from setting up, but that would make it's point mute if they're setting up. Do you have any results with how it works, as I may be way wrong completely.

As the guy above me says, Slaking doesn't need Sucker Punch, replace with something like Superpower.
I'd redesign Hariyama to sweep, maxinag Attack and dividing the last EV's up into HP and Def/ SpDef. I'd also give him Adamant nature just to get that 372. Fake Out is a good prioritize and finishes off anything with >50% health who doesn't resist. Cross Chop is good to keep defenses up. Payback is powerful against everything attempting to KO Hariyama (Starmie, Gengar, etc.) And Thunder Punch/ Knock Off for obvious reasoning.

Thanks for the responses,
And yea, i saw that but was a little too lazy to fix it.
But yea, i'll think about giving him superpower.
The Hariyama idea sound pretty good, i'll experiment with it.
And Earthquake does more? Ok, i'll take note of that.

On Slaking, I'd suggest giving him a scarf instead of a Band and Pursuit over Sucker Punch. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure that Scarf will allow you to out run most stuff that'll try to set up on you, especially Mismagius, and put a massive dent in them. Speaking of Mismagius, Pursuit'll give you something to do against them since I'm pretty sure a scarf will allow you to out pace every Mismagius set out there and at the very least put a huge hole in her before she can sub up. As much fun as Band sounds, you really don't want something to be able to set up a sub before you can hit'em.

Put Giga Impact over Return. The recharge won't matter because you wouldnt go anyway because of truant.

Using Giga Impact means you can't switch out during his truant turn, whereas he would be able to normally. This leaves Slaking very open to revenge killing.

I think i'll give him a scarf and change sucker punch to superpower, which 2HKOs a no def EV steelix and fire punch scarfed slaking also 2HKOs a Mismagius.
secondly, i switch him out after he attacks, seeing he's like a revenge killer. so i'll be keeping return.

Edit: Slaking doesn't learn superpower!! :(

just so you know, (sorry about quoting everything something went wrong with the mouse) this team is UU so the starmie and gengar trying to K.O haryama is void. But this does still seem to be a good suggestion.
as for suggestions of my own i would suggest swapping yawn for thunder wave on uxie as it will allow slaking to outspeed most opponents, it also nullifies the speed boost from the tricked scarf making the item useless on your opponent

That is something i will take into consideration, since i will probably change my hariyama into more of sweeper tank and remove it's force palm.

i have not found that much of a problem, because slaking can usually take a beating. plus, stab giga impact 1hko's almost everything thats not a ghost or steel. aerial ace(suprised?) is another good idea, as it permits it to cover its own @ss.

or you can use a skill changing move like i do, but i can see how you wouldn't want to waste space. if yyou are multibattling
