Banned deucer.
My summary for choosing the pokemon (with my reasons) will be at the bottom of the page.

SlowBro @ Left overs
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Flamethrower
- Physic/Psyshock
- Slack Off

This pokemon is capable to take a BB from Talonflame with no sword dance. Flame thrower for coverage and psyshock/physic to hit diffrent defensive pokemon. He is my main tank, since of his high defence. I invested in his Special Defence because, most compeptive players know slowbro can get most likely ko'ed by a strong special attack that is SE. It payed off for me, I spam scald for the burns, and survive the first SE attack, and switch to regain hp.

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Night Slash Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Shadow Claw/Swords Dance Subsitute

I used this guy, when I started to competitive battle people. I know that the average Bisharp Set, would have Knock Off and Pursuit. I can breed to get a 5iv puirsuit, but unable to get Knock Off, since I dont have BW2. This guy takes out all fairys, and 2 ko hit tyranitars with iron head + stab+possible flinch. Although he has the lack of recovery, and easily oh-koed by special attackers, He usually takes down 1-2 pokemon before he goes down. Update: Maxed 194 Attack Bisharp STAB Knock Off + Life Orb, KO's Aegislash in shield Form. Bisharp is practically my aegislash counter. Before you say "replace substitute with sword dance/pursuit", Substitute lets me set up by spamming knock off/sucker punch. This lets my Bisharp sweep more easily and life longer than expected.

Gengar @ Black Sludge Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder Bolt
- Destiny Bond Sludge Bomb
- Energy Ball Focus Blast

My movepool isn't really great, but I need some counters to water/ground and water/flying types that come in the way. My gengar has maxed speed, so destiny bond is pretty reliable when it has low health, unless my foe has a priority move. I was thinking of getting choice specs on it, but I will let you guys decide on that. Choice Specs increase my gengar's Special Attack, Sludge bomb for stab, and focus blast for Tyranitar's that wall my Gengar. (Even though 50+ Sp.Def in Sand Storm and Possible AV)

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Rock Slide/Earth Quake
- Mach Punch
- Poison Jab

Yep, I don't have Ice Punch/Knock Off, which really sucks for me. With pesty ghosts annoying me, when they switch in, I usually have to rely on my other 2 moves. Which are either neutral or are resistant. But the role for this guy in my team is to Take out normal types with powerful drain punchs and mach punch for porityu. He also asorbs Wow from Rotom-W's that like to spam it to my Bisharp. He also is a good tank that can survive a BB from Talon Flame with full health.

Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit (Possibly knock off, if I get a scyther with one)
- U-Turn
- Roost/Swords Dance

If my Bisharp wasn't able to ful-fill its mission of killing fairy's, rocks, or any other pokemon that scizor can oh-ko or almost ko it, I will send it out. Pursuit for pokemon trying to escape, Bullet Punch for stab+priority, and U-turn to get out of bad situations+stab. He is also my Mega, which is very powerful in the forms of Attack.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Earth Quake
- Fling
- Acrobatics
- Knock Off

Due that my Bisharp and Conkeldurr don't knock off, my option when to Gliscor. Most smogon gliscor/Gliscor sets run the toxic stall. Mine is diffrent. My gliscor is more offensive. Spamming Knock off, to get those pesky items out of the way such as Life Orb, Assault Vest, or Left overs. Acrobatics for stab and extra damage for no item (after toxic orb fling).
Most people always think this is the Standard Gliscor set. When they switch into a steel type pokemon, for example: Skarmory, I'm able to knock off its item. Fling to poison someone, and use acrobatics which can almost KO mega venasaur in full health.

Overall, My team does need work. I can see flaws in my Sp.Def side. With my Conkeldurr and Slowbro of taking hits. Slowbro and Bisharp cover each other weakness (well slowbro eats up Earth Quake and other fighting/fire moves that come in the way) and bisharp can take bug/ghost/dark/grass/electric attacks.
My conkeldurr is very useful most cases, but not all the time due to pesky ghosts in the way.
Gliscor and conkeldurr are a combo, Gliscor knock off's the opnents items, and my conkeldurr comes in and kills the pokemon. For example like eviolite chansey/porygon2 are crap with out eviolites. But I am weary of Ice beam from porygon though. Aswell, Slowbro tanks up SE water/ice attacks to gliscor. Scizor kills all the weaken pokemon, and in some cases a possible sweep if my foe doesn't have the counter to my scizor. My Gengar takes out ghosts, waters, ground types for coverage. With maxed speed and if I add choice specs, this thing will become a monster.

I did test this team, not on Showdown, but on Wifi Batles (x and y), and it seems pretty good to me.

First of all Gengar has to really have Poison STAB. Get rid of Energy Ball and put on Sludge Bomb. As for the Conkeldurr, change that up....

Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Knock off
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
Bisharp under no circustances should really get Shadow Claw. Also take off Night Slash and replace it with Knock off. Put the 252 in HP.
Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252HP / 4Def
Adamant Nature
- Knock off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
Gengar should really be...
Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder Bolt
- Destiny Bond
- Sludge Bomb

I will try to get timburr and pawniard with those moves.
For gengar, I guess I do need a Poison Stab.
I tried sword dance before, its ok, but I dislike sometimes getting ko'ed by getting out predicted. Is pursuit a good move to use?

Pursuit isn't that good, if you don't like it go for Substitute.
