ORAS OU SlowbroSuprise-BalancedOrasOU Team.

Welcome! This is my first ever RMT thread. I've been into compet. battling for nearly 2 years, or so. About the time of X/Y release. I really don't like breeding and training, it takes up so much of my time, that's when I found Poke. Showdown, which I absolutely love. Anyways, enough about me. Let me straight to the point.

This is a team I made quite a while back, I loved using this team. But then I went along to other mega'ms such as MegaPunny or MegaGallade. This what I think of as balanced, because I don't really watch team building videos, or read about how to build a team, I just wing honestly. BTW: I'm currently on a mobile device, so photos will not be available along with those open importable files, I'm just going to Paste them in, apologies.
My team consists of;

MegaBro
Thunderous-T
Lando-T
Ferro.
Latias(F)
Mew

TeamBuilding Process.

First, I found out that mega bro was just released and I loved regular SlowBro, so I had to choose him.
I made him a tanky coverage type of spread. I also love using him against Ferrothorns and Scizors, most of the time, they won't expect it. Slack Off is mandatory on a slowbro to preserve him for a long time, and 180 Base defense is just too good to be true, along with his incredibly wide movepool. Psyshock is nessescary to act as STAB coverage for pesky Conks, or Mega Heracross (You can live aBullet Seed from adamant Hera.

*pretend there is a slowbro gif here*

FastBruh (Slowbro-Mega) @ Slowbronite
Ability:Own Tempo
EVs: 192 Hp / 236 Def / 80 SpAtk
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
-Scald
-Psyshock
-Fire Blast
-Slack Off

Second, I need physical attacker that was fast, and could give me some momentum.
So I chose lando-t. Originally I had a rock setter, u turn set. But then I changed it to scarf, when I added ferro. This thing come in on Heatrans that predict the Fireblast/incinerate from Slowbro and Thund-T, then EQ. This thing is an absolute prediction beast. Along with U-Turn to get out of trouble whilst damaging them a little. Along with intimidate as a switch in, I just love it.

Zeus's Doge (Landorous-Therian) @ Choice Scarf
Ability:Intimdate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Nature: Jolly (+Spe,-SpeAtk)
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Superpower
-U-turn

I needed a another bulky mon, that could hit hard and fend off attackers. Which was ferro.
I was going to put spikes onto it, to coexist with SR on lando, but then I added a defogger, which kind of contradicts my whole hazard setup. So I decided to run stall recovery. So much residual damage with this mon. Also, it can be revenge killer for DDancing Dragonites, Mega-Gyrados, Or any Speed boosting, or speedy mon in general. Excluding DDancing ZardX

PokeMonster (Ferrothorn) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 Hp / 226 Def / 4 Atk / 226 SpDef
Nature: Brave (+Def, -Spe)
-Gyro Ball
-Protect
-Leech Seed
-Stealth Rock/Toxic

Since I had to physical attackers I decided to add another Speccial attacker. Which was Thunderous-T. Because that thing is a beast,, along with a VoltTurn advantage. I added incinerate because in case slowbro didn't work out, I had a back up plan. And specs HP ice is just good to be true. I wanted max power, so I ran Specs Thunderous-T, over Thund-I. This mon is most of the time may lead, used for scouting or sometimes KO'ing. It destroys Garchomp, Gliscor, Ferrothorn hazard leads. Or even better, Magic Bouncing Mega-Diancies, While being able to V-Switch out as a scout. Also acting as a electric absorber, to heal up its frail body.

SteroidedZeus (Thunderous-Therian) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe/ 4 Def
Nature: Timid (+Atk,-Spe)
IVs: 0 Atk
-Volt Switch
-Flash Cannon
-Incinerate
-Hidden Power Ice
Then I added a cleric, because I absolutely CANNOT use a team with out a heal beller/aromatherapist. Mew is so good at its job, it'll absorb status whilst inducing the same status onto them, then recovering my status and health. Especially for dealing with the those annoying Toxic/Will-O Mega Sableyes, and Rotom-W's. It's just so good. I love it.

Meow (Mew) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 248 Hp / 252 SpAtk / 4 SpDef
Nature: Modest (+SpAtk, -Atk)
IVs: 0 Atk
-Heal Bell
-Roost
-Dazzling Gleam
-Energy Ball

Latias was a last pick, because I needed some spdef wall that hits hard and can heal. I would honestly get rid of this mon, but I needed a defogger as well. So here she was. Her main job is too defog, drop dracoes, then fuck its life for a fellow teammate. But it's speed is pretty good, so it doesn't have trouble outspending mons.

I'mABoy (Latias) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 SpDef
Nature: Timid (+Spe,-Atk)
IVs: 0 Atk
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock
-Defog
-Healing Wish

Threats:

Weavile: This thing kinda 6-0's my team on paper, but I never really have trouble with it. Because ferro kinda wrecks it. But other than that, I have to play around it.

Mega-Sableye: This thing is a threat to every team..

Crocune: Annoying Mon.

I might just switch out Thund, for Heliosk.

Please give me some feedback, and some critiscm on my team, just don't babe a dick lol. Tell me how I did, (other than the no picture thing), Please tell me if I did any thing wrong, everything is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

hey, nice team. First thing I noticed is that your team has no Stealth Rock setter, to fix this issue (Stealth Rock is one of the best moves in the game and is pretty much necessary on any serious team), I would put Stealth Rock > Toxic on Ferrothorn. Rocky Helmet Ferrothorn really isn't that great of an item either, Ferrothorn lacks recovery outside of Leech Seed and using Leftovers helps this, OR, you can run Chople Berry to bait Focus Blasts from the likes of Mega Alakazam / Gengar or Low Kicks from the likes of Weavile and nail them with Gyro Ball. I'd also give it a Relaxed nature > Brave nature as this boosts your defense more and the extra damage output isn't really needed. I'd also change it to the standard spread since all that physical bulk seems really unnecessary.

I would also replace Thundurus-T with Thundurus-I, it can still pivot with Volt Switch, is faster, and most importantly, has Prankster Thunder Wave. Prankster Thunder Wave stops certain set up sweeper, notable ones being Mega Charizard X and Mega Gyarados. MGyara (with sub) and Zard X are capable of setting up on Slowbro and OHKO'ing the rest of your team at +1, Scarf Thundurus-T outspeeds it, but it cannot do anything back. Thunder Wave is also useful for Slowbro, slowing down threats so it can attack more easily.

The last change I would make is Clefable > Mew. Clefable can also cleric w/ Heal Bell and its Fairy typing allows it to take on Weavile and Mega Sableye, both of which give your team trouble. It also has access to Magic Guard which makes it an effective status absorber too and it also pressures teams with Calm Mind.

edit: Remove 20 EVs of Speed from Lando-T and put them into defense. This allows you to avoid the OHKO from +1 Jolly Bisharp's Sucker Punch if Rocks aren't up.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers / Chople Berry
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Protect
thundurus.png

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Thunder Wave
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast / Grass Knot
clefable.png

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 26 Spe
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Heal Bell / Thunder Wave / Flamethrower

The nature and 26 Spe IVs just allow you to avoid the 2HKO from opposing Ferrothorns, allowing you to use them as set up bait.

That's all I got and I hope I could help!

Hey GhostscoperHD, the main issue i see with your team is that you're utilizing wallbreakers like Thundurus-T and M-Slowbro but aren't using them to their fullest potential. I have some suggestions to try to improve your build and have your team actually have a set way of winning rather than just playing kill for kill.

For one, you should change your Slowbro to Calm Mind, which allows you to beat the CroCune 1v1 that you say annoys your team. Calm Mind M-Slowbro is a pretty reliable win condition and can break through unprepared teams very easily while still having defensive utility before it sets up.

To support M-Slowbro, i suggest you change your Thundurus-T to Nasty Plot + 3 Atks, which helps wallbreak for M-Slowbro. With Life Orb, you can 2HKO Unaware Clefable, 2HKO Chansey at +2 with Focus Blast, and OHKO bulky grass types likes Celebi and M-Venusaur at +2 if you opt to run Hidden Power Flying > Hidden Power Ice.

You should also change your cleric from Mew to Unaware Clefable, since this allows you to Wish pass health back to Thundurus or Slowbro so they can break through teams again, as well as still be able to remove Toxic from your M-Slowbro and team in general. Unaware Clefable also alleviates your weakness to Weavile and M-Altaria + Magnezone, as well as having a good answer to Belly Drum Azumarill and Serperior which can threaten you quite a bit.

Next, you should run Chople Berry and more SpDef on Ferrothorn so stuff like Gengar and M-Gardevoir don't break your team in half, and run Life Orb Latias with Roost and a spread of 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe > Leftovers since this allows you to take on Thundurus, Keldeo, and Zard Y consistently while also being able to hit hard. You can freely run Defog + Roost since Clefable can Wish pass and Heal Bell to keep your team healthy, so Healing Wish isn't too necessary.

Lastly, to help with the weakness to SD M-Scizor, have something to switch into Bisharp after a Defog, and to take full advantage of Wish support, you should run Rocky Helmet Garchomp > Scarf Landorus-T. This also provides you with a Stealth Rock setter, which your team currently lacks.

In short:

Calm Mind M-Slowbro > 3 Attacks M-Slowbro

Nasty Plot Thundurus-T > Specs Thundurus-T

Mixed Defensive Chople Berry Ferrothorn > Physically Defensive Rocky Helmet Ferrothorn

Life Orb Bulky Latias w/ Roost > Leftovers Latias w/ Healing Wish

Hello GhostscoperHD, nice team but It can be better with a few minor changes. First of all, this is balance but your missing a win condition. Secondly, you are overly weak to knock off. Thirdly, you have nothing for wall-breakers such as Hoopa-U, or stall-breakers such as MagmaStorm-Heatran. Lastly, you can't reliably break Substitute and Status / Setup / Painsplit users such as Keldeo, Gliscor, and Gengar.

Here is a website that gives you Sprites to make your RMT look more visually appealing: http://www.pokestadium.com/tools/sprites

Slowbro @ Slowbronite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpD OR 252 HP / 148 Def / 108 SpD
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
IVs: 0 Atk
-Scald
-Psyshock / Sleep Talk
-Calm Mind
-Slack Off / Rest

Slowbro should have Regenerator at all times as it commonly acts as a pivot into most physical attacks, Calm Mind lets this thing sweep once it gets setup and its counters are removed. Slack Off provides reliable recovery, but rest allows you to relieve status at the cost of Psyshock.
Ferrothorn @ Chople Berry / Shed Shell
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip / Knock Off / Toxic
- Power Whip / Toxic / Protect
- Leech Seed

Ferrothorn has Leech Seed to help heal your team, and is a good check to Gardevoir, however Chople Berry lets it become a full stop to it, but giving it a Shed Shell lets it escape Magnazone, Gothitelle, and other trappers. Knock Off lets you remove troubling items such as Leftovers and Life Orbs, Power Whip lets it kill troublesome water types, and Toxic is more residual damage. Not suggesting Spikes because of your Defogger. Note to Self: Blocks Toxic
Garchomp @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 248 HP / 164 Def / 92 Spe OR 248 HP / 164 Def / 76 SpD / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Tail
- Fire Blast / Toxic
- Stealth Rock

This becomes your new Stealth Rock setter With the ability to phaze set-up Pokemon with Dragon Tail, Earthquake kills a lot of things and Fire Blast kills Scizor, Skarmory, and Ferrothorn.
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 240 Def / 20 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt / Discharge
- Heat Wave
- Roost
- Defog

Well as you said, you absolutely dislike Latias, so I'm using Zapdos instead of Thunderous in order to have a new defogger, Roost gives you recovery at the cost of the ground immunity so don't Roost on Slow Ground types. Discharge has a 30% Paralysis chance, while Thunderbolt has a slightly higher Damage output. Heat Wave lets you kill Bisharp.
Clefable (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 172 Def / 88 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Heal Bell
- Moonlight / Wish
- Calm Mind / Protect / Thunder Wave
Clefable is a great Cleric as it walls most set-up sweepers, who relieves status from the team, and can Wish pass, fire off T-Waves, or if need be, become an other win condition, Myself, I'd run the Wish Pass set.

The Last Slot remains free to fix whatever needs done, add another Immunity, add an Acrobatics Talonflame to fix your Knock Off weakness even more, or add a status sponge
