Hi, I've been doing competitive play for about a month and wanted to know if this team was any good

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Defog

Gliscor is meant to act as a defensive pivot, while also taking the role of a Stealth rock setter. The toxic orb and roost are to enable both passive and active recovery, while defog helps with stealth rock setting. Earthquake is a fairly powerful STAB move and gives some much-needed ground coverage for my team

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Def / 108 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- Scald
- Haze
- Toxic

Toxapex pairs well with gliscor and acts as a secondary pivot, but mainly being a wall. Scald is toxapex's attacking moves, and also cripple physical attackers. Recover enables recovery outside of Regenerator. Haze is to prevent Toxapex being used as setup fodder

Weavile @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Low kick
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard

Weavile is a physical wall breaker and a revenge killer. Knock off cripples chansey and a lot of other walls. Ice shard lets it hit tapu koko, and icicle crash is its go-to attacking moves. Low kick lets it 2HKO most ferrothorns. Choice band enables it to hit hard enough against some potent walls.

Blacephalon @ Ghostium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Taunt

Blacephalon plays the role of a special sweeper, with its ability beast boost. Flamethrower, Shadow ball, and Psychic allow it to hit almost anything with atleast neutral damage. Ghostium Z is for a few strong walls.

Swampert-Mega @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Avalanche
- Hammer arm

Swampert is a bulky physical wall breaker, with access to multiple powerful coverage moves. Avalanche is for Zapdos, and brick break is for a few dark types and ferrothorn. Waterfall and earthquake are its most powerful stab moves

Serperior @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Giga Drain
- Leech seed

Serperior is a both a special sweeper . The choice scarf lets it outspeed almost anything, due to a speed stat of 525, along with an ability to spam leaf storm. Giga drain gives it reliable recovery and HP Fire is for some for ferrothorn, skarmory, and some other steel types. Leech seed gives it some form of reliable recovery

Yo I took a look at your team and I hope that thanks to my improvement possibilities you can fill some weaknesses that I have been able to find.

First of all, I notice that Celesteela can completely walls, you have no way of damaging it except by inserting Blace, but you would be forced to force some predict and consequently to suffer damage from the stasso (and we all know that it is not the best given its fragility).
M-Zam is another heavy threat due to the fact that you do not have the possibility of being able to swee in any way except by entering Serperior.
Either way, Weavile can do something but only if miss Focus Blast.
Besides, I noticed that Stall teams can be annoyer for you cuz Skarmory + Chansey can wall Weavile n Blace.

The change that i propose is M-Latias > M-Swampert, Lati works better in balanced teams taking into account that it is another ground immunity n could have more possibility to check better also Garchomp n Kartana. Mega Calm Mind is the best set for your team, preparing it for a sweep cuz cn boosts Mega Latias's Special Attack and Special Defense by one stage each. Psyshock is a good option to deal better Toxapex n Chansey once Weavile has managed to remove the respective tools and in any case it forms a very good base. Ice Beam is to make pressure to Kartana, Garchomp n Landorus-T.
I think that Ferrothorn > Serperior provides more bulk power against Rain Teams and more control against wallbreakers as Tapu Lele n Mega-Gyarados. Hazard Setter it's the best choice since it wouldn't make sense to give both Defog and Stealth Rocks to Gliscor. T-Wave > Gyro Ball cuz can para n nerf the offensive sweeper as M-Zam, or ScarfNinja.
In the end, I think being able to trap Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Celesteela is the best choice... for this reason Magnezone > Blacephalon it is definitely more efficient. The set that I propose is Sub Z Move in order to be able to stay in position against Ferro staying with the sub or avoid and force your opponent to switch against water types like Toxapex and be able to inflict damage. Electrium Z is better than Steelium Z cuz with Lati n Weavile u have a good option to kill the oppos Gliscor.
The 4th sloth that i think is better on your Gliscor is Knock Off because thanks that move u can knock out the item at Skarmory without risk the Counter / Iron head on Weavile.
The move that i will change on Toxapex is Toxic Spikes > Toxic, with this move u can help M-Lati to sweep n intoxicate the Dark Types as AshNinja n Ttar.

The team is very good and can fill the weaknesses that I have exposed.
M-Zam is no longer a problem since the only move that can touch it is Shadow Ball and gives it a chance to kill it with two hits only if with a 0.4% chance being at full life.
However, once Calm Mind is used, the chances of winning against him are assured.Forgive me if I changed M-Pert, but as there are no conditions for being able to use a rain team, I was forced to have a better water resist, but the core is always focused on Weavile.

Thanks so much! I will implement these changes and see how it goes! Although, I'm feeling like keeping ice shard on Weavile is a good idea, it's the only way it can attack faster opponents like tapu koko or ash-ninja to keep up a sweep. Also I think keeping weavile's original EVs is better as it allows weacile to outspeed Greninja and kartana. Also wouldntprotect<thunder wave for ferrothorn cuz protect is a more efficient use of leech seed, allowing leech seed to become viable recovery? Finally, since the new set for Gliscor was that of a bulky sweeper, I switched knock off for swords dance to make sure it had enough attacking power. What do you think of those changes?
