Hi so my initial plan was to build a HO team around Skarmory and Alakazam this gives every pokemon a reliable focus sash.
made skarmory double dance as it is unexpected and with non recoil brave birds hits very hard. In order to power up Alakazam and not lose down right to priority spam teams I put Tapu lele. .To counter opposing teams with sturdy magic guard i wanted a serene grace user, to flinch with iron head and provide hax shinanigans. Origanally this was jirachi, but jirachi just lacked the raw power in its stab to break teams, steel psychic coverage was too easily walled. I wanted another psychic type to abuse the terrain and Meloetta fit the part. I had orignally had z-conversion adaptability porygon with dark pulse, to flinch people and power up the rest of the teams stab, but after i saw the power of the zap cannon no guard set. I changed porygon to zap cannon and put doublade to give no guard. doublade was later replaced with Pidgeot which gives a fast 60% confuse rate hurriacane.


Pidgeot @ Pidgeotite
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Mega Pidgeot is the lead of choice as is needed to mega evolve to get the no guard effect. Adaptability hurricane spam is normally enough to 2hko most opposing threats. agility is used to outspeed protect mons or faster threats. Unfortunately psychic terrain does not protect Pidgeot, so u-turn is for emergency momentum (that breaks opposing sturdy/multiscale) against priority threats but you would be surprised how many people on the ladder forget this and don't click their priority move in the terrain. Quick attack is used to finish off opposing mons when the terrain is down/opposing flying types, which has actually saved me more times that is to be believed.

Porygon-Z @ Normalium Z
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Zap Cannon
- Blizzard
- Tri Attack
- Conversion
With no guard active zap cannon hits 100% and paralyses the opponent this is useful to out speed faster opponents that try and set up. and after a z-conversion very little things survive an adaptability zap cannon. blizzard is for coverage and tri attack offers a mediocre attack if Porygon doesn't get opportunity to set up.


Alakazam @ Salac Berry
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Foul Play/counter
- Taunt
- Focus Blast
Alakazam in the terrain with adaptability hits very hard and fast. I original had a life orb but due to the fast nature of the meta game I found Salac berry to offer a lot of utility. Outspeeding the majority of the scarf users. foul play /counter is for victini. focus blast is for coverage against dark types, the majority of the time psychic is the move of choice.

Skarmory @ Life Orb
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Brave Bird
- Autotomize
With autotomize skarmory can outspeed the majority of the meta game and flinch 60% of the time with iron head. Brave bird is there to nuke opponents with no recoil. Swords dance is used against passive playing teams. Life orb is for extra damage

Tapu Lele @ Life Orb
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Taunt
- Focus Blast
Tapu lele acts as another wall breaker. taunt is to prevent opposing set up and focus blast is for coverage on steels. Life orb is for extra damage.

Meloetta @ Salac Berry
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sing
- Hyper Voice
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
Meloetta can use sing to cripple threats to the team eg cloyester victini, or gain a free turn. Psychic and hyper voice for stab and focus blast for coverage.


Strengths.
This team hits very hard and is very easy to use. Switching is normally not nesscirary unless you can see potentially threats. Priority teams get shut down as does guts/toxic heal/poison boost teams

Weakness
Kyurem Black with speed can sweep through the team as it can break sturdy. Contrary Victini can sweep the team if it can survive the first hit. CLoyster that gets a chance to set up can sweep the team with icicle spear.
