Smash, Pass & Rekt
I decided to make this team cause i really love playing baton pass, and i wated to make a team with mega salamence, a real good mixed pokemon with a decent bulk and right now, the center of the OU tier's metagame.
Teambuilding process:
First of all, the main BP core of the team. The base of the team was to use salamence as boost container, so since there's 1 pokemon clause per team i thought that gorebyss would be the best option cause shell smash boosts. Azelf as standart screen lead to support gorebyss.
As a second screener i chose uxie cause its amazing bulk, memento for supporting the shell smash when gorebyss is at low life.
The other 2 containers would be kyurem black cause it has amazing bulk and a really good moveset and also cosmic power clefable, which has the ability to clean in lategame really well and also the combo stored + shell smash boost + cosmic is really good.

Al kaeda (Azelf) @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Explosion
- Light Screen
- Reflect
The main lead of the team, standart screener set to support gorebyss. Taunt for those annoying set up sweepers, explosion to make as more damage as posible and let gorebyss go into the field with the maximum possible screen turns.
Too much water (Gorebyss) @ White Herb
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shell Smash
- Baton Pass
- Scald
- Substitute
The BP passer of the team with shell smash + white herb combo as boosting move. Substitute to abuse the screen damage reducing and support the container. Surf as its main damaging move to revenge kill if necessary.
Pandemonium (Uxie) @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Memento
- Stealth Rock / Yawn / U-turn
The second screener of the team, memento really helps to shell smash low health gorebyss or setting up cosmic power fable. Stealth rock as its main supporting move to help with the sweep, also helps breaking skarm's sturdy, cause the phazer set would be a problem. You can also use yawn or scout with u-turn.

Pentakill (Salamence) @ Salamencite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Return
- Flamethrower
- Earthquake / Hydro Pump
- Dragon Claw / Roost
The main container of the team, he can recieve BP really well by abusing intimidate and sweep whole teams just by itself. Return as it main stab, flamethrower for ko'ing skarm, earthquake for those annoying heatran, diancie... that would gave us problems. Hydro pump's also an option but i'd recommend to run another spread for that. As last slot you can run roost to get recovery, which helps with priority abusers like bisharp or dragon claw (IMO this one's better) to avoid being walled by Rotom-W. Srsly this guy's a monster.
One winged angel (Kyurem-Black) @ White herb / Babiri berry
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Ice Beam
- Fusion Bolt
- Earth Power
- Roost
The second container of the team would be Kyurem-B. It has an amazing bulk and moveset being helped by roost. If sylveon gives you much problem run some more evs on attack. Ice beam as its main stab, earth power and fusion bolt for coverage. I decided to run White herb over leftovers so he can recieve a second bp without any trouble. Babiri berry's also an option if scizor gives you much trouble so you can surprise kill him.
Satan MKII (Clefable) @ Leftovers / Life orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Stored Power
- Cosmic Power
- Soft-Boiled
- Flamethrower / Fire Blast
The last container would be clefable. It has an amazing bulk and it can clean in lategame just by itself. I chose cosmic set over CM cause the combo with shell smash is really good. Soft boiled as its recovery move and stored as its main damaging move. The last slot can be flamethrower/fire blast for coverage. That's up to you. As item you can run leftovers or life orb (i wouldn't recommend this one, but the cosmic version is soo weak). Babiri berry's also an option if scizor is really a problem, or even white herb.

Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Flamethrower
- Aqua Tail
Srsly use this guy when salamence's gone. It has an amazing coverage like flamethrower or aqua tail for lando-t (i prefer this one over HP Ice). Dragon claw and earthquake as his stabs to hit almost everything.
