Moves
========
* Sticky Web allows Smeargle to support its teammates by dropping the Speed of opposing grounded threats.
* Nuzzle lets Smeargle paralyse faster offensive threats like Yveltal and Defog users, highly assisting Smeargle in keeping Sticky Web on the opposing side of the field with the combination of Taunt.
* Taunt is able to prevent Smeargle from becoming setup fodder to sweepers like Xerneas and Primal Groudon while also being able to prevent slower Defog users like Giratina-O and Ho-Oh from removing entry hazards. It can also be used in conjunction with Nuzzle to prevent faster Defog users like support Arceus formes and Mega Salamence from going for Defog.
* Whirlwind lets Smeargle phaze out Substitute users like Mega Gengar, Arceus-Ground, Zygarde-C, and Extreme Killer Arceus, as well as other setup sweepers like Dusk Mane Necrozma, Primal Groudon, and Xerneas.
* Toxic Thread could be run to inflict poison to the opposing threat and also drop its Speed by one stage, letting it deal with Defog Arceus-Ground which it would not been able to beat otherwise.
* Rapid Spin can be carried to remove entry hazards in the rare occasions where Smeargle has the opportunity to do so.
* Magic Coat is an option that let's Smeargle beat Deoxys-Speed leads while also being able to bounce off opposing Taunt from threats like Yveltal and Mega Gengar.
