Smogoff Champions

Pokemon Champions is out, and let's not beat around the bush; it's complete dogshit, and it's on par with other pieces of mediocrity Game Freak has put out, like Pokemon Sword and Shield. But I liked the core idea, so I want to recruit the greatest smogoff minds to improve it. here is my barebones concept

A simulator, where you already have all the pokemon, you can just take a pokemon, customize it with EVs, IVs, available moveset learned by level or TM, and items. And then make a team, and just like that, throw yourself versus players around the world and go up in ranking the more you win

With that on the table, maybe we can put our spin on it, maybe add champions, evolutions, and cameos from Smogon. I would love to hear what you guys offer

I don't even think building a team is that bad, it is pretty easy especially compared to their other games whilst keeping that vibe of growing and bonding with your Pokémon that they encourage so bad. What sucks though is the framerate, character customisation and most importantly lack of Pokémon and held items as well as the ability choices for the megas. I don't dislike metagames with small amounts of Pokémon but in VGC the centralisation around mega sucks and I was under the impression initially, maybe foolishly, that every Pokémon and item would be included. At least all megas? Why aren't the Raichu megas in the game when they were in the trailer???

I spent like 6 hours over the last 2 days just outside, walking, watching the flowers bloom, sakura trees, magnolias, birds, squirrels and all that shit
