Smogon Events in Gamestop Locations for March 14th.

I was planning to make a request for placing a chair and a table on a spot inside or near the entrance to the manager of our local Gamestop location for two days straight(14th-15th) when i suddenly thought that what if Smogon could make this a community service event as well, considering the fact that Gamestop locations will be flocked with Pokemon fans for two days straight, regardless of Smogon's support, this was supposed to be the things I was supposed to do:
>Free Pokerus Infected Pokemon distribution(I'm planning to distribute 50)
>Live EV training
>Strategy booklet distributions
>Important links
>Free starter Pokemon distributions who only bought one copy of the game(folks who didn't buy both HG/SS)
>Live battling
>free consultation regarding teams
>Photocopies/Print outs of The Smog's latest issue

If Smogon participated, i was hoping for these things:
>Live RNG guide/class(I'll be bringing my sucky laptop for this case for the RNG reporter
>Free cloned copies of LightningFusion's Modest flawless Ditto
>Shiny giveaways
>legendary giveaways
>A better free tourney-grade consultation for gamers

If the most of Smogon has no plans on participating, i was just hoping if someone from Smogon who lives in SoCal/Lakewood/Long Beach would help me in the 14th for distributing Pokerus infected Pokemons.

In Utah at least - we talked to the managers early January and got it put together.
If you wanted to do this, you had to do it a few months back so that the management could plan ahead.

Agree. You only have 4 days to plan it. This is just not enough.

I've been giving away tru arc, or pcp's to people who've missed them. Then again I work there so.

You should also try and get some of your poke friends to help you distribute all the stuff your trying to give out
