I would never use anything other than my beloved Smogon Dark, but these themes should come back for the people who like them.

I will give a serious answer: the festive and spooky themes weren't implemented very well and had some bugs that regular and dark didn't have; they are gone forever unless someone takes the time to implement them correctly
