What about an article of the Smogon Frontier now that it's going to end? If no one isn't working on it I can start to write it. Let me know.

Problem is this'd be better fit for The Competitor given its about tournaments, however maybe it could be like how it's impacted on the community here, I dunno, but I'd definitely suggest that you mention it to The Competitior :c

Alexander. PMed me and this is definitely something we'd like in The Competitor. I also think it's a much better fit there, given our immediacy when covering tourney stuff, so I'm locking~
