Hey. So I think with all of the recent increase in our media, there should be some article written about our presence in social media. The article would be split into three sub-sections: Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.

Facebook: Most followed Smogon-related thing in social media. Talk about the different postings, from the trainer tips to the different trivia. Also talk about banner contests (are they even a thing still?)

Twitter: Revival done thanks to Darkie. Talk about the wonderful tweeters that Smogon has, and what each of them offers for the twitter.

Youtube: Smogcasts, Tournament Coverages, etc.

I like the idea a lot. However, I don't think it's really fit for Entertainment (despite those things technically "being" Entertainment). I think it'd be better fir for General, since Entertainment is generally meant to amuse people and not really offer interesting things/insights into factual stuff, while General covers stuff related to the site and forum (which this technically does). Release is soon though, so this'd have to be for next issue is that okay? Also you should probably talk about how far social media has come for Smogon, where it started off (just a Youtube channel?), who was involved in media throughout and so on. Cool idea though!

Also, consider a brief mention for IRC / the Simulator; I'm aware they aren't defined as "social media" in the traditional sense, but both are arguably where the majority of our social interaction happens.

Yeah, that's totally fine. Sounds good to me.

I'll throw it in there. The new rooms aspect really helps the whole socializing part as well, since it draws people with similar interests.
