What is the bug?
on smogtours (not on main), in DPP OU and ADV OU, after a mon got pursuited and kill, the pursuiter can change move even when having a choiced item.

If this is only broken on smogtours, that means the TDs need to update smogtours. Therefore this is not a bug. Specifically: its fixed in the codebase, changes just need to be pulled, and I know the TDs have a schedule for these kinds of things as to not impact tournaments.
