So what exactly are those things on Scizor's head? (Suspect team)

Alright, I give up. I'm awful at OU team builing. I'm not going to make the Garchomp voting deadline, so I may as well just improve for later.

Scizor (M) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/6 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Night Slash
- Swords Dance
- X-Scissor
- Quick Attack

Lead Scizor. Lum Berry allows me to kill Gengar most of the time. Night Slash does 97.71-114.89%. Technician boosts Quick Attack. It's one of my favorite sweepers because of it's ability to kill stuff with a boosted priority move and it is fairly bulky.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Roar
- Reflect

Standard Bulky Water. Ice Beam for Dragons, Surf for STAB and Metagross, and Roar because I don't have Yawn or anything else like that.

Salamence (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 120 Atk/136 Spd/252 SAtk
Rash nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Dragon Dance
- Brick Break

I found this in the creative moveset thread and edited it a little bit. 136 hits 270 speed and 405 after DD. Fire Blast kills Skarmory, Celebi, Bronzong and others like that. LO Draco Meteor almost hits as hard as CS Draco Meteor from the early days of DP before it vanished. Brick Break is for... I seriously don't remember what I was thinking. Should I use Brick Break, Earthquake, Dragon Claw, or what?

dpmba378.png

Regice @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/200 Def/58 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Special Wall, absorbs status, fights off lots of special threats, pretty normal.
---
dpmba472.png

Gliscor (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 180 HP/56 Atk/56 Def/218 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Roost
- Swords Dance

At the time, I was looking for a pokemon that could take some physical hits and Stealth Rock. I clicked a thread that had Gliscor in the title, and found this. I tried it out, and it fit my team well. Once a dragon or some other powerful hitter cripples Suicune, I have this as a back up. It's suprisingly useful as a late game sweeper. Explanation for everything here.

Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs: 128 HP/252 Atk/128 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Sucker Punch

This team at one point, had a GIGANTIC fire weakness, and couldn't stop Heatran well. This solves that problem, and a Magnezone problem. I'd love to change this, I don't like it very much.
---

Known Problems:

Can't add/remove entry hazards
Once Regice is dead, most special attackers sweep easily.
No wish support. Not major, but I like it.
I'll add more in a minute, can't think right now.

Well, the team looks fairly solid, no real glaring weakness. Although, your movesets are kind of lackluster.

Dugtrio sucks, I think it could go. A good Gyarados counter could go here instead. Porygon2 maybe? It helps against Heatran too.

Suicune should probably have Calm Mind and Rest. Try Crocune. It's a majorly important wall for this team and if it dies, you'll get raped pretty badly by many threats.

DD on Salamence seems to be a pretty bad idea. Just use the standard Mixmence EVs and throw Roost over DD.

On Regice, I like Charge Beam over Thunderbolt. It's weaker at first, but if your opponent lacks boosted Fire Blasts, Close Combats or Meteor Mash, you can sweep with enough boosts.

Standard Porygon - Z with HP Ground over magic guard/twave is a great answer to Heatran, Gyarados, Physical salamence, Magnezone, and slaughters Dugtrio, not to mention a lot of other less common threats. He'll also add some decent bulk to the team. Twave is still viable in that second slot for killing Heatran but you lose the ability to efficiently take on Magnezone, which is nice because with trace you can trap him, essentially scoring you a free kill. If you want to replace Dugtrio he's your best bet.

Crocune is also a great set, worth a try at least especially without the risk of Garchomp coming in and scoring an easy SD on him.

i have a simple question, why are using regice when there are much better special walls out there. Blissey can do the same thing as regice but better. I do realise that bog standards suck (I use cradilly at all opprotunities) but regice sucks in DP

Mixape with HP Ice has a field day against half this team without the suicune to wall it.

Personally, i use Salemence with Earthquake, Roost, DDance and Dragon Claw and have another pokemon as my sweeper, but if it works, it works.
