ORAS OU Soaring High (Mega Pidgeot Team OU ORAS)

What is happening buddies?! I'm here to get my brand new team rated, hoping to get some pretty nice advices!
The whole team is based on one of my favorite Pokes ever, who finally got a well deserved mega-evolution: Mega-Pidgeot. His moves' "unfailability", powerful and confusing stab and decent speed make him a wonderful late-game sweeper. His frailness needs a lot of support and help in order to let him win as a true Super Sayan should.

Mega-Pidgeot @ Pidgeotite
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 6 HP/ 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk)

-Hurricane
-Heat Wave
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Hyper Beam

He is my man, my star, my sunshine. Pretty standard set with HP Ice to surprize Garchomp and eventually Gliscor and Hyper Beam for some extreme raw STAB power. The aim of my game is pretty much remove from the battlefield any faster enemy Pokémon and then throw him in the heart of the match to clean it up. He usually shows up pretty late during my battle because he requires protection and no Stealth Rock around, to fix this I have called the best armored bird around...

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 Spe
Nature: Impish (+Def, -SpAtk)

-Whirlwind
-Stealth Rock
-Roost
-Brave Bird

This really brave bird provides Rocks in case I have a heavy flying-type opponent (or anyone else weak to it). I preferred Rocky Helmet paired with the Roost recovery to give some Hard Knocks lessons to any cocky physical attacker. Whirlwind is absolutely vital to me in order to block stat-uppers ASAP. This two bald birds needed someone to take electric damage and I obviously thought to

Landorus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk; 6 Def; 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -SpAtk)

-U-Turn
-Earthquake
-Knock-Off
-Stone Edge

I love to lead with him and scout my opponent's wills. I like assault vest a lot to fake a Scarf or something out (abusing my really high speed nature and Evs) but able to take few special hits without flinching too much. Intimidate is an ability YOU HAVE TO have in your team (imho) and I'm pretty satisfied with him because he has been my winning-condition for more than one game. My ACTUAL winnining condition #2 other than Pidgeot is....

Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 6 HP; 252 Atk; 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -SpAtk)

-Hone Claws
-Mach Punch
-Iron Tail
-Hi-Jump Kick

Pratically immune to rocks he is basically my B-plan in case the Pidgeot-thingy fails entirely. The set is pretty standard and self explanatory, I'm really digging the extra power of an Accurate Hi-Jump Kick and the steel perfection of Iron Tail on that goddamn fairies. All this steel and this wings need someone to get their back safe, and we have

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 SpAtk/ 6 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe/ -Atk)

-Rapid Spin
-Recover
-Scald
-Reflect Type/Ice Beam

I'm not 100% convinced about this starmie, but I bloody need it for Rapid Spinning the rocks away and taking eventual fire type moves coming from the opponents. I usually go for Reflect Type, which allows me to gain advantageous typing in order to recover the damage off and hopefully burn something with scald. My team is completed by:

Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 SpAtk/ 6 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe/ - Atk)

-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Volt Switch
-Thunderbolt
-Flash Cannon

Just raw electric power pouring out of him. Takes electric damage (which I'm weak of) alongside with Landorus, gets defense-covered by the rest of my team and cripples that annoying steel type that can give troubles to my team.

That's it guys, I hope to receive some nice advices from you and know that I'm 100% opened to all kind of CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and changes. Probably I'm kinda weak to fire, but I'm posting this to be helped, so it's up to you! See ya!

Nice team mate but I have a few suggestions:

1. Uproar>Hyper beam (It still gets stab and it hits hard. Hyper beam is powerful but it comes with a price by waiting a turn to recharge. To be honest, if you need to get rid of hyper beam then get uproar or roost)

2. Swords Dance> hone claws (Lucario for me is my late game sweeper and if you SD on it then you have +2 attack and you are invincible. Also close combat> high jump kick because if you miss your high jump kick then you are knocked down)

Besides from that good luck with your team.

Lucario @ Life Orb / Lum Berry
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
IVs: 29 HP
- Close Combat
- Iron Tail / Bullet Punch / Crunch / Ice Punch
- Extreme Speed
- Swords Dance
I recommend this set over the one you're using currently. 29 iv + LO gives it a LO number, letting it take less recoil from its LO. Iron Tail is very nice as well. Lucario doesn't learn mach punch either, and Hone Claws does not give it the power I feel to abuse its item well. The moves listed are coverage/optional moves that each handle different mons, like bullet punch for faster things that resist Extremspeed, like M-Aero, Crunch for Slowbro, Ice Punch for Gliscor, and so on.

My other nitpick is how weak you are to Electrics, I really dislike how AV Landorus-T (?_?) is your only check to them. I really feel you could run something else in that slot that helps against Electrics, like Hippowdon to help with this weakness, and relegate Skarmory to spikes.
Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 144 Def / 112 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Slack Off
- Earthquake
- Whirlwind / Stone Edge
This is a standard Hippowdon set, beating most common Thundurus/Manetric sets, besides NP Thundurus. I feel this adds a bit to your hazard stack and helps you to whittle teams down with added spike support. :)

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Roost
- Iron Head / Brave Bird / Counter
- Spikes
- Whirlwind

That being said about my suggestion for Hippowdon > Landorus-Therian, I feel like you should run a bit of spdef on Skarmory to handle Diancie-M easier. I recommend the set above to help with that. Calm Mind can ruin your team pretty horribly unfortunately, as your Starmie is not fast.
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Psyshock / Reflect Type
Also as a final nitpick, I really recommend you change Starmie's set, to offensive or bulky quik spinner. I recommend Reflect Type > Psyshock, as you don't really struggle against Venu-M.

In conclusion;

Lucario --> different set
Landorus-T --> Hippowdon
Skarmory --> Spikes/Spdef set
Starmie --> Fast spinner set

I really like the team by the way, love Lucario, love Pidgeot-M.

Thank you very much for the suggestions, I'm definetly trying this out and let you know! Have a nice day ^^

Mega Pidgeot's biggest weakness is Heatran and I think this team should have a way to deal with it, so I suggest one of two things: either replace hidden power fire with Hidden Power Ground on Magnezone or replace Magnezone with Dugtrio, in either case give Pidgeot U-turn to set up the trapping scenarios.
