What special sweeper should I use?

I have Medicham (physical sweeper) and Gengar (special sweeper) (who will be at Lv 100 by the time you'll be reading this). I will get Wailord (bulky Water), Blissey (cleric), Manoswine (physical sweeper)...and? I don't know what special sweeper should I use. Raikou sound nice, but I'm really not sure about the moveset. Gengar already holds specs, so I preffer CM. What EVs should I give a CM Raikou? SHould I use Reflect and Light Clay?
I really need help here...

Team-building does not require such strict rules. In other words, you don't have to have a 'Special Wall', you don't have to have a 'Special Sweeper', etcetera.
