Some advice for my team please.

This is my first Wi-Fi team so I appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks. This party is built around Tyranitar. I've always wanted to raise one but it's ability requires the party to work with it and I couldn't think of a good party prior to Pearl.

Tyranitar - Sandstream
Brave - Expert Belt
252 At / 232 SAt / 24 Spd
Crunch
Fire Blast
Stone Edge
Earthquake

My lead member to trigger the sandstorm.

Swampert - Torrent
Relaxed - Wide Lens
240 HP / 216 Df / 52 SAt
Protect
Blizzard
Earthquake
Hydro Pump

My mixed attacker. Using it is going to require some luck due to it's low accuracy moves but I'm hoping the Wide Lens will help. If Abomasnow comes into play to change the weather then my Swampert's Blizzard get the accuracy boost.

Magnezone - Magnet Pull
Modest - Wise Glasses
172 HP / 252 SAt / 84 Spd
Tri Attack
Magnet Rise
Thunderbolt
Light Screen

My special electric, the only electric type to resist Sandstorm. Light Screen for party support, especially since a lot of members of the party have higher defense.

Clefable - Magic Guard
Modest - Life Orb
252 HP / 152 Df / 104 SAt
Wish
Ice Beam
Calm Mind
Shadow Ball

Calm Mind sweeper. Wish for healing while stat boosting or for party support. Clefable is the special alternative to anti-ghosts/psychics.

Skarmory - Keen Eye
Jolly - Shed Shell
252 HP / 72 At / 184 Spd
Roost
Drill Peck
Steel Wing
Swords Dance

Physical sweeper. A more defensive Skarmory isn't necessary as many members of the party have higher defenses. Roost to recover damage while boosting attack. It will be more effective if I have Light Screen up.

Camerupt - Solid Rock
Brave - Choice Band
6 HP / 252 At / 252 SAt
Explosion
Overheat
Stone Edge
Earthquake

This one I'm actually not sure of keeping. Being a fire type it won't have a grass weakness though it's the second party member with a water weakness. It's also the only one I could think of with a Sandstorm resistance.

For a replacement of Camerupt there is Heatran, though he is one of the ugliest most overused Pokemon in the game. You could also replace him with a rock type like Rhyperior to take advantage of the sand.

Because how ugly and overused a pokemon is really makes it more or less viable for a team?

Onto the team, Gengar causes huge problems so a tanking Heatran might not be a bad investment to have a chance at taking him (you aren't walling anything with the Modest 252 HP Clefable in OU, just not enough defences on either side of the spectrum to stand up to many powerful attacks).

Magnezone I would try HP:Ice over Tri Attack for better overall coverage.

You have big problems with no fighting resistance, so you might want to consider one somewhere in the team. CB Heracross, Lucario both are huge pains to this team without anything to take them on.

Where is the Garchomp!?!

Seriously, every sandstorm team without Garchomp makes me cry. But i like the originality. Heatran would be good investment as you can switch it in when the opponent tries to use flamethrower on Magnezone or Skarmory

Ok thanks. Would the Rest-Sleep Talk Heatran (seen on the Smogon strategy pokedex) work for my party?
With regards to Fighting resistance, how about I replace Clefable with Claydol? Claydol is my first choice being a Psychic type with good defenses and immunity to Sandstorm.

You're massively weak to Infernape. You have no one faster than it and everything dies to 2 Hits at max. NPApe is worse news. As some of the other guys suggested, Heatran would make a nice addition over Camerupt but you'd use ChoiceScarf on that. Also, I'd replace Magnezone with Gengar for your fighting weaknesses. You do lose your screen support however.

Heatran @ ChoiceScarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 92 HP/164 Speed/252 SpAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Flamethrower/Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- HP Ice
- Explosion

Ev's allow you to beat max speed Modest Heatrans and let you OHKO with Earth Power. Extra HP Ev's gives you a greater chance of surviving Scarf Gengar's Focus Blast (87%+ Damage) Moveset straight from Smogon.

Gengar @ ChoiceSpecs
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 4 HP/252 SpAtk/ 252 Spe
Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- HP Ice/Explosion

Again ripped straight from Smogon but it has the potential to damage a shit load of pokemon. Like any other ChoiceUser, prediction is key. You could even bluff ChoiceScarf by switching it wrecklessly in after one of their pokemon's KO'd one of yours. SS doesn't really screw Gengar either, because it can't take a hit anyway.

Tyranitar - Sandstream
Adamant - Choice Band
176 Hp / 252 Atk / 80 Spe
Crunch
Pursuit
Stone Edge
Earthquake

My lead member to trigger the sandstorm.
Stone Edge 2HKO's Skarmory, Crunch 2HKO's Bronzong. What are you afraid of. Special attack for Fire Blast alone is simply, meh.

Swampert - Torrent
Relaxed - Wide Lens
240 HP / 216 Df / 52 SAt
Protect
Blizzard
Earthquake
Hydro Pump

Fine.

Magnezone - Magnet Pull
Modest - Wise Glasses
172 HP / 252 SAt / 84 Spd
Tri Attack/HP Ice
Magnet Rise/Explosion
Thunderbolt
Substitute

Higher defense? The whole point of this is to trap other steels and kill them not support your other team members. Explosion is necessary sometimes on expected switches.

Clefable - Magic Guard
Modest - Life Orb
252 HP / 152 Df / 104 SAt
Wish
Ice Beam
Calm Mind
Shadow Ball

Calm Mind sweeper. Wish for healing while stat boosting or for party support. Clefable is the special alternative to anti-ghosts/psychics.

Check Bottom.

Ok, Comments in bold. A quick note. CB Weavile and LO Infernape eat all your team up.
Cleffable, is not really doing anything I would run a Starmie/Tentacruel to provide a counter to infernape and spin away spikes. Also Vacuum Wave Lucario > Cleffable as it counters Weavile with Vacuum Wave.

Camerupt seems like a filler there, it's not doing ANYTHING at all.
Sleep Talk ScarfTran > the former as it will revenge kill Garchomp and puts and end to most Weavile.

As for Skarmory, it's also dead weight. You already have Swampert walling and if you really want a physical attacker in the sand, what better than Garchomp. Standard Chomp sets will do fine.
