Done Some hangman improvements

Just a few small improvements that I think would make the hangman thing a little better:

1) Allow the person that started the hangman to play if it was a random hangman, they gain no advantage as it's randomly picked so they should be able to play too.

2) Add /hangman terms to the /help hangman text, this is probably just an oversight but still.

3) Add something to the html or just under that tells people how to play with /guess (word/letter) so it doesn't have to be explained every single time to new players.

4) Allow /hangman terms to be sorted by the hint as well as the word if multiple words have the same hint. Also if it's sorted by hint then if it could be sorted by alphabetical order inside that rather than order added that'd help prevent duplicates being added.
