[SET COMMENTS]
Arboliva serves as a devastating wallbreaker, utilizing its excellent STAB combination and solid coverage to OHKO or 2HKO almost the entire tier. Hyper Voice serves as an excellent neutral attack, dealing massive damage to foes like Charizard, Rotom-C, and Whimsicott. Leaf Storm is preferred as its Grass-type STAB, maximizing damage against special walls like Snorlax while potentially OHKOing foes like Mesprit and Spiritomb. Earth Power helps Arboliva hit Perrserker, Muk, and Hisuian Qwilfish, while Alluring Voice serves as effective coverage against the likes of Virizion and Lurantis while being an excellent tertiary STAB option post Terastallization. Tera Fairy is used for survivability reasons, flipping its matchup against foes like Passimian and the previously mentioned Virizion. The given EV spread allows Arboliva to outpace Regirock and Weezing to avoid being threatened by their super effective attacks before it can break them.
Arboliva greatly appreciates pivoting teammates that can help safely bring it in like Lanturn, Vikavolt, Floatzel, and Passimian, with it working alongside them to break down opposing teams. Physically offensive teammates like Floatzel, Hisuian Sneasel, and Lycanroc appreciate Arboliva's ability to threaten massive damage to defensive foes like Lanturn, Regirock, and Spiritomb; in turn, they pressure walls Arboliva struggles with like Hisuian Qwilfish and Snorlax. Entry hazard support from the likes of Sandslash and Hisuian Qwilfish help augment Arboliva's wallbreaking, making damage stick on the likes of Snorlax and Muk while potentially pushing them into range to be 2HKOed by Leaf Storm and Hyper Voice, respectively. Defensive Mesprit is a particularly excellent teammate for Arboliva, as it is able to provide a variety of utility options between Knock Off to remove Eviolite and Leftovers, U-turn for momentum, hazard support with Stealth Rock, and Encore to stop Snorlax in its tracks. It also works well with Arboliva defensively, where the former handles Fighting-type foes, while the latter handles Ghost-types like Mismagius and Spiritomb. Defensive teammates like Regirock, Lanturn, and Hisuian Qwilfish help cover for Arboliva’s weaknesses to common threats like Charizard, Sneasel, and Virizion.
