Ok. This team have served me well, and I have had many victories because of them.
Terrakion @ Life Orb
Trait: Justified
Nature: Jolly
252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Rock Slide
Poison Jab
Swords Dance first. Useful for getting up that already high attack, which goes well for defeating most Pokémon with the rest of the moveset. Close Combat next. The most powerful Fighting-type move he can learn. Added to STAB and the successful use of Swords Dance, his foes will be wishing they hadn't decided to go against him. Rock Slide is there, also for STAB, but I chose it because it has more accuracy than Stone Edge. It also has the ability to make the foe flinch, which comes in very handy when you really want it. Finally, we have Poison Jab, and it gives good coverage against Grass-types such as Whimsicott, and is useful to Poison foes and whittle away their health.
Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Trait: Justifed
Nature: Timid
252 SpA / SpD / 252 Spe
Surf
Secret Sword
Hydro Pump
Hidden Power Ice
Surf first. Gives us STAB, and is also useful when I want a powerful move that is also likely to hit. Added to the power from Choice Specs, foes will be hard pushed to defeat him. Secret Sword is also for STAB, and with the Choice Specs, even Chansey or Blissey will barely survive. Hydro Pump, obviously, for the power. With STAB and the Specs bonus, it will be VERY powerful, and good for quick defeats. At last, we have Hidden Power. Where this is concerned, I was facing a bit of a dilemma between HP Ice and HP Fire. I chose Ice, because it gives better type coverage. Grass-types will face the brunt of it, which are the main threat, but Dragonite is commonly seen in OU, so HP Ice is therefore the better choice.
Gengar @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
Nature: Timid
252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Substitute
The most common, and the best, moveset for him. Hypnosis comes first, and is useful for putting them into a snooze, to allow me to wreak havoc and flatten the team. Shadow Ball, for STAB, and is useful for a quick finish if foes like Aggron or Scizor are on low health, and I can't afford to miss. With the Life Orb bonus, it is very powerful and may Pokémon will be hard pushed to survive it. Focus Blast, obviously has the highest base power. It also has low accuracy, but Gengar is fast, and not too frail either, so it may be able to survive to ensure it hits second time round. Substitute, for preventing high damage being done, and to stop him being paralysed or burned or something else.
Thundurus-T @ Life Orb
Trait: Volt Absorb
Nature: Timid
252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast
Volt Switch
Nasty Plot
Thunderbolt, gives the STAB, and is the most powerful move that Thundurus has. It comes in handy, and with Life Orb, can take away a huge chunk of health from even a Dragonite. Focus Blast is useful because obviously, I can't use the Electric-type moves against Ground types, but I need to attack them somehow. Focus Blast does its job here, and is also good for Ice-types such as Abomasnow, who also pose a threat. Volt Switch is good because if I don't like my opponent, I can always switch for one of the others and let them do the honours. Nasty Plot, for raising the Special attack and if used successfully and by successfully, I mean he survives to put the raised stat to use, opponents will not want to mess with him.
Espeon @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Bounce
Nature: Hasty
252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Calm Mind
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Morning Sun
Firstly, I will talk about the ability Espeon has, because it works miracles. Thanks to Magic Bounce, she can reflect back the Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rocks that may come my way. This eliminates the need for a Rapid Spinner and gives me the edge. Now, to the moves. Calm Mind, useful for raising my Special Attack and Special Defense. One or two uses puts me one step ahead, and gives me a chance at claiming victory. Psychic, the main STAB move, becomes the most powerful move in Espeon's arsenal, and is one that no-one wants to mess with. Shadow Ball is for the Ghost- and Psychic-type threats that may come about. Alakazam can be one of those, but one hit of Shadow Ball, two at the most will enable me to defeat him quickly. Morning Sun now. Useful for replenishing health after losing it due to attacks and/or Life Orb. Seeing as Drought-Tales is often seen, Morning Sun is a good option.
And finally, someone who has the power to completely FLATTEN others.
Volcarona @ Leftovers
Trait: Flame Body
Nature: Modest
252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Quiver Dance
Fiery Dance
Bug Buzz
Giga Drain
Quiver Dance first. Predictable, I know. But it comes in very handy. It is a better version of Calm Mind, and does the same, but raises Speed on top of it. It comes in handy, and is used when the opponent decided to switch their Fire weak Pokémon for something else. Fiery Dance next, and is a good move to have, for Type coverage, against Steel-types like Skarmory, who resists all of the other attacking moves. It also gets STAB and is very powerful at the best of times. If I see a Drought-Tales, Fiery Dance then becomes the most powerful move in Volca's arsenal. It helps also to completely flatten the Spikes and SR users, who tend to be Skarmory and Forretress. Bug Buzz, again for STAB and Type-coverage. Without Drought or Sunny Day, Bug Buzz is the most powerful move, and is certainly one you don't want to be caught up in. Finally, we have Giga Drain. Well, Volcarona has to get health back somehow. I tend to find that Pokémon such as Swampert think they can take Volcarona down. Big mistake. Volcarona just sweeps him with the higher speed and using his 4x weakness to Grass.
If any of you lot still cannot believe me, then watch these.
