Speed kills, or can it?

The entire purpose of this team in my eyes was to be a good UU team. I believe that with this compination that not only is my type coverage superb, but I do believe this team can easily best any thrown together team (especially on the sims).

Claydol for spinning/rocks, Dusclops to counter all physical pokemon (except weavile), Scarf Raikou to beat Weavile, Banded Crobat for Brave Birding everything, Mienshao to also help beat Weavile, and finally Slowbro for a bulky boosting water type. Any thoughts/comments/critiques are appreciated.
