Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Ability: Infiltrator
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Psyshock
ZeroUsed is under the curse of the dead tomb. Spiritomb is blessed with great natural bulk that allows to easily set up Trick Room, enabling it to get around its poor Speed tier. With its access to Nasty Plot and under Trick Room, Spiritomb can quickly turn into a great sweeper that can clean late-game. Psyshock enables Spiritomb to clean opposing Fighting-type foes that would resist Dark Pulse such as Hisuian Sneasel, Passimian, and Virizion. Mesprit is a great partner that sets up entry hazards with Stealth Rock and, with access to U-turn, allows Spiritomb to position itself easily against forced switches. Fighting-types such as Hisuian Sneasel, Hitmontop, and Choice Scarf Passimian are good allies that lure foes that are setup fodder for Spiritomb such as Mesprit and Weezing; they also force away special walls such as Articuno and Cryogonal that would otherwise be problematic. Passimian also has access to U-turn, allowing it to pivot in Spritomb with ease, and Gunk Shot, enabling it to take care of Whimsicott, which threatens Spiritomb. Faster wallbreakers such as Oricorio and Minior also complement Spiritomb by weakening foes early on and enabling it to easily sweep late-game.
