:clefable: With a unanimous council vote Clefable is now unbanned in SSCAP. Since its initial banning several threats capable of easily threatening it have entered the format such as Heatran, Melmetal, and Cinderace, as well as the general power level of the format rising, making it significantly more difficult to EV (running specially defensive Clefable in an Urshifu dominated metagame is difficult). Because of the significant power increase represented by DLC2 we felt this was an opportune time to give Clefable a second chance. Additional factors are the nerf that Equilibra, one of its best partners, received, reducing the potency of Clefable/Equilibra cores.

Additional factors we're watching:

:cawmodore: Cawmodore has proven to be a problem in the pre-DLC2 CAP metagame thanks to its ability to cheese games given minimal support (eg Screens support from Astrolotl), although its issues of requiring a good matchup to do any work and forcing the Cawmodore user to play 5v6 before attempting a sweep do still hold it back. If it continues to be problematic in the new meta we may look into taking action on Cawmodore.
