SS OU Rain team review

So basically a week or two ago I really wanted to get into competitive Pokémon and I had seen that weather was a viable strategy from watching various VGC competitive games from the ORAS time period so I went into OU and started to build my team.(I understand how different VGC and OU is)
:ss/pelipper:
Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Bold Nature
- U-turn
- Defog
- Hydro Pump
- Hurricane

This is the most obvious pick as it is the only Pokémon in OU with drizzle
Now yes there are other Pokémon but I really like him because of his typing in water flying as grass types don't do anything to it and I can switch into a ground type if there's an electric mon
The most attractive thing about him is the 100% accuracy hurricane in rain which can even sometimes one shot rillaboom which is very important
I decided to put 248 into HP so it can survive 4 stealth rocks

:ss/barraskewda:
Barraskewda @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Liquidation
- Flip Turn
- Psychic Fangs

This is also a very obvious pick as rain teams and barraskewda fit together like butter and bread (I dont wanna start an argument about food but bread with butter slaps)
He deals over half HP even to resisted water types and flip turn is very op to kill low HP Pokémon and then get a free switch.
It also has crunch and psychic fangs for coverage moves.

:ss/ferrothorn:
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Impish Nature
- Knock Off
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
- Spikes

Then I decided to add ferrothorn as he is the biggest physical wall ever and can tank every attack and fire moves aren't a problem cuz this is a rain team it can widdle down potential threats

:ss/zapdos:
Zapdos @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Static
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder
- Roost
- Hurricane
- Weather Ball

Now comes in my opinion the best rain abuser (better than barraskewda) which is a controversial pick but I will explain why. He has one of the best healing moves in roost which can bait a ton of earthquakes and he has 100% accuracy thunder and hurricane which deal about 1/4 damage even to resisted mons, but the thing that makes him the best rain abuser in my eyes is weather ball and now some of you may ask why? Well the answer is simple and it is that you can use thunder freely without any tension of him switching into something like lando-t as weather ball ohko's it

:ss/tapu_fini:
Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Def / 140 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Taunt
- Scald
- Moonblast

Now fini is a stall breaker with taunt but not only that it also has calm mind to give stall users a taste of their medicine. It isn't very risky to even taunt ferrothorn as zapdos and pelliper kill it before its taunt runs out at which point the opponent will switch and you can get a free hurricane/thunder

:ss/seismitoad:
Seismitoad @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Surf
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Sludge Wave

This is the aforementioned ground type for the pelliper switch I don't think I need to explain why seismitoad is good as it is almost the same reasons as barraskewda. The biggest reason I'm using this over lando-t isn't even swift swim but its move coverage (and obviously because it gets boosted in rain) and as I have pelliper and zapdos I dont need to worry about grass types
Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Bold Nature
- U-turn
- Defog
- Hydro Pump
- Hurricane

Barraskewda @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Liquidation
- Flip Turn
- Psychic Fangs

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Impish Nature
- Knock Off
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
- Spikes

Zapdos @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Static
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder
- Roost
- Hurricane
- Weather Ball

Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Def / 140 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Taunt
- Scald
- Moonblast

Seismitoad @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Surf
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Sludge Wave

This looks like standard rain, which is perfectly fine, though I do have 1 suggestion to give.

Replace :tapu fini: with a scarf :tapu lele:
:sm/tapu lele:
Tapu Lele @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Future Sight
The reason for this is because lele's powerful future sights help skewda and zapdos break though the extra bulky mons of the metagame such as toxapex. Modest over timid as you already have both toad and skewda for speed control, as well as having a high chance to 2ohko blissey with psyshock and just making your attacks generally stronger. Thunder is and option over focus blast, but focus blast lets you hit most steels harder.

This is a good set but the whole point of my fini is to either shutdown toxapex/ferrothorn or be a late game cm sweeper and lele has none of that

this is a good standard rain team with only one big flaw. Take out Earthquake and Surf on Seismitoad and replace them with Scald and Earth power. uninvested 0 attack IV modest eq dosnt do anything, so earth power is just better even with the 10 less bp. scalds burn rate is so, so useful with how high it is and can save you in a pinch, its better than the 10 extra bp on surf. other than that, good team!

Hello, I'll try to rate your team as best as I can and give some suggestions.
I've noticed some big flaws that you should change. Let's get into it.

Major Changes:
1. I agree with RedDiamond1024. You should switch Fini to Scarf Lele. You mentioned that you wanted to use Fini to shut down Ferro and Toxapex, but both of Fini's attacking moves do nothing to either of them. On the other hand, Lele can Psyshock or Future Sight on Pex, and Focus Blast on Ferro. Even if you try to Taunt, then setup on Pex or Ferro, they will just KO you before you can by just spam attacking. Besides, Lele is an insane late game cleaner, due to its good SpA and speed since you would give it a scarf. It acts as your team's speed control.
:ss/tapu-lele:
Tapu Lele @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Future Sight / Thunder
2. The Pelipper set needs to be changed. Running an offensive Pelipper is a grave mistake on rain teams as you'll need to preserve it to set the rain constantly. Change it to a defensive set to better deal with Rillaboom and Kartana. This set allows you to have reliable healing with Roost, and a nice burn chance since ur running Scald.
:ss/pelipper:
Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Roost
- U-turn
- Defog

Minor Changes:
1. For Barraskewda, you want to run Close Combat instead of Psychic Fangs or Crunch. Close Combat is mandatory to break through certain mons. You could also try Aqua Jet, as it comes handy against other priority users like Bisharp. Also in the endgame, when there is no rain, Jet helps you win the game.
:ss/barraskewda:
Barraskewda @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Close Combat
- Flip Turn
- Aqua Jet / Psychic Fangs / Crunch
2. For Ferrothorn you can remove Spikes and make it Stealth Rock instead. Personally, I feel that on rain teams, you should play more aggresively and overwhelm your opponent rather than stay in and set Spikes. Also, Seismitoad gets an extra slot if you put Rocks on Ferro.
:ss/ferrothorn:
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
3. Since you have a Rock setter now, you can make Seismitoad a fully offensive one. A set that works out really well is a Choice Specs one I saw on Pinkacross' RMT. This set allows you to punish Dragons that switch in with Icy Wind. All of these moves are special moves, so you won't be thinking twice about the EV spread if you're running a mixed set.
