Welcome to our preliminary viability list. The metagame has changed an extreme amount since the we had our post-Isle of Armor massive tier shift and it doesn't quite make sense to do a full update to the viability rankings since we've got The Crown Tundra and September tier shifts coming. Doing a VR update right now would be a fairly massive task likely to become outdated soon. So instead here's an unordered 3-tier list of about how good things are right now, just as a temporary resource until we have a better idea of whether some random drop should be C or C+.
These rankings (copied directly from the previous PU version which was copied from RU's version), are divided into 3 groups. All groups are in alphabetical order, they are not ordered by viability. If something is not on the list, less than 4 council members thought it belonged in low tier or higher. That does not necessarily mean it's completely unviable, but that it's currently considered extremely niche in our earliest metagame impressions.
