In general, Rillaboom should use Fake Out on turn 1. Exceptions to this include using it against Ghost-type Pokemon, Pokemon that inflict damage on contact such as Ferrothorn and Garchomp, physically bulky Pokemon such as Registeel and Kartana, and Urshifu-S. Use Swords Dance on turn 1 followed by Grassy Glide. If Rillaboom outspeeds the foe and cannot be OHKOed, using Swords Dance on turn 2 is often optimal to avoid Life Orb recoil. After setting up, select the strongest move available; if multiple moves secure an OHKO, Grassy Glide is preferred. The Life Orb set can run Frenzy Plant with a Naughty nature to beat frail Avalugg by breaking Sturdy with Fake Out and then using Frenzy Plant. As Avalugg is very rare, this is generally not worth it.

(Glastrier is not super relevant and I have my doubts about this mattering versus Regidrago. Maybe run some calcs versus Urshifu, see if it helps there?)

This Set is relatively easy to use. Against faster Pokemon that can't 2HKO you, use Drum Beating T1 so that you can Leech Seed T2 and stall them out afterwards. (Isn't it better to use Leech Seed t1 followed by Drum Beating, so you get more turns of recovery?) Against Custap Berry users, sets running Protect should make sure to sequence their your Substitute and Protect turns so that when the foe is under 25% HP, you can use Protect. Against Slower Taunt Pokemon or Pokemon that have recovery moves, use Taunt T1 and re-apply the move whenever it runs out., and whenever Taunt ends afterwards, if you have it, since they can't do a lot of damage to you, and you can stall them out.
(Give examples of matchups where attacking twice is best, include the general 'leech seed into substitute spam' play pattern that the set is based around)

The Subseed Set can run Grassy Glide over Drum Beating to still beat Pokemon with Taunt (???), and lets it 2HKO a few frail Pokemon like Choice Scarf Darmanitan-Galar and Choice Scarf or Custap Berry Tapu Lele. But generally, this is not worth dropping that move for since you lose the matchup versus Tapu Koko, Garchomp, and Spectrier.
