Nasty Plot celebi serves as a good answer to zygarde on offensive teams due to its excellent natural bulk and ability to punish thousand arrows by using it as either set up bait or firing off an attack at a check to celebi coming in. Because of natural cure, toxic does not hinder celebi's status as a check. It also does enough damage to zygarde to put it in kill range with a few switch ins to spikes. It can't take outrage too well so have a fairy or steel that forces zygarde to guess.

(The Speed EVs allow Golisopod to outrun Galarian Weezing, while the rest are put into bulk.)

basically, with diancie's typing, u resist obstagoon's dual stab options, therefore the hardest hitting move against it is cc, which is a 3hko after rocks. this means that whenever diancie comes in at full, it is able to take one cc on the switch followed by another, and then proceed to ohko with press, which also ohkos when obstagoon is at neutral defenses anyways. additionally, if diancie managed to gain any diamond storm boosts previously, it has an even better time vs obstagoon. oh, diancie also blocks parting shot due to clear body! this means obstagoon cant try to get a safe switch for a teammate on an incoming dianice. you also get to retain a spdef spread to check the electric types in the tier, what's there not to love about this.
