When I signed up to manage, I didn't even have a co-man immediately prepared and I was really kinda just bullshitting because I knew I had like a 100% chance to get picked as a manager regardless. I was dissatisfied with playing for a good while so figured I could get some managing practice in for a future team tour since I was very unconfident on that end.
Gonna be perfectly honest with my team here, I didn't not have a huge part in picking who got drafted outside of the initial concept because I had some urgent IRL activities that I couldn't get away from. When I got the final draft back at the end of the auction, it wasn't really what I thought it would be. Regardless I still believed this to be a team with potential both because I had great trust in both of my co-mans that they wouldn't grief my draft and the fact that I had prior understanding of how good my players were from the start. I've seen most of if not all of my players perform well in various tournaments across Smogon, these are people who I know could pull their weight when it mattered most.
I don't really like to do shout outs much so forgive me if these are scuffed. This tour was pretty scuffed itself so only makes sense. Gonna be perfectly honest here as well, I think every slot that wasn't OU felt really strange to deal with for both myself and my players.
Airi I know you probably wanted to stay in OU for the tour but I really appreciate it that you were willing to step up to save RU during week 7 and onward. I wasn't really prepared to be the RU builder at the time but I'm glad we made the most out of it. Hope to see more from you.

R1C3M4N Neutral is pretty solid for a self-declared washed player lol, especially for a metagame that has shit like Hydreigon just lobbing Dracos against any non-Primarina team. Rarely disappointed with your stuff but I think you don't need to try as hard as you think to get an edge in prep, just keep trying to do what you do best that's why we bought you. Your support in RU was something I didn't expect though and I thank you for helping me keep my concepts on the ground there.

Slowpoke Fan, I don't know what I would've done if I had to run this team by myself after week 7, glad we were able to bring you on board as a co-man working with you has been a blast and you are always super chill to be around.
Adriyun I don't know if you will ever see this but don't think it would be fair to have you go unmentioned when you were a foundational piece to keep this team together and vital in planning very important parts of it, unfortunate it turned out this way.
