VGC SSX Tricky (To be or not to be a Trick Room team)

Hey guys, it's been awhile. I've decided to try and get into the VGC scene and I'd like some advice in leveling out my team. So, here goes.

Aggron (M) @ Aggronite
Sturdy/Adamant
252 Atk 252 SDef 4 HP
Curse
Iron Head
Protect
Rockslide

Agggron comes out as a massive physical sweeper once Amoonguss has been jumped with the Eject Button. Fire moves only do neutral damage as he partially rock, and Psychic, Ice and Flying only do half for the same reason, allowing for Aggrom to power through the field.

Reuniclus (M) @ Weakness Policy
Magic Coat/Quiet
194 HP 64 Def 252 SAtk
Trick Room
Psyshock
Focus Blast
Protect

When sending out Reuniclus with Amoonguss, it allows me to set up TR reliably, while also giving me a surefire counter to one of the Meta's more serious headaches... Mega-Khan. The Special oriented focus blast OHKOs it every time, while psyshock will hit Charizard and other Dragons for massive neutral damage.

Amoonguss (F) @ Eject Button
Calm/Regenerator
236 HP 204 Def 68 SDef
Rage Powder
Giga Drain
Spore
Protect

Rage inducer. What more needs to be said? It comes out, rage powders, and is sent away with the eject button, drawing away attacks, and healing 1/3 of his health, enough to bring him in again for a second pass.

Aromatisse (F) @ ?
Nature: ?
EV's: ?
Trick Room
Heal Pulse
Moonblast
Psychic

Thinking about removing this and the other in favor of two fast pokemon that I can use as an alternative to TR. Acts as a dissuasion fom TR counters.

Trevenant (M) @ Leftovers
Natural Cure/Brave
248 HP 252 Atk 8 Def
Wood Hammer
Protect
Shadow Claw
Horn Drain

Same as above.

I've been thinking of switching Trevenant and Aromatisse out, because they don't really get use.

Thank you to ReversedenO for suggesting taking Carbink out, and I've reformatted my team.

Here's what I'm going for. Reuiclus has killed Kangaskhan %100 of the time.

Any suggestion will be considered, and I'd like to know if you have better ideas. Thanks, and happy battling!

Ok... Where to start... I really don't know. You can check out Nugget Bridge to see a lot of Trick Room teams used by players who have seen success at the World Championships.

I like how the team looks, and I generally do love seeing TR teams getting some love. First off, Heavy Slam > Iron Head on MAggron, since it generally hits harder then Iron Head, especially against Fairies such as Aromatisse.
I'll leave some calcs below to show the difference in power between a lot of pokemon. One of the few drawbacks is that Heavy Slam does a lot less to Tyranitar and Goodra. They both do the same damage to pokemon like Salamence and MKangaskhan (who gets one-shotted even after an Intimidate lol)

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Aromatisse: 422-500 (103.9 - 123.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Mawile: 187-222 (61.5 - 73%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 164 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 273-322 (71.4 - 84.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Heavy Slam (100 BP) vs. 108 HP / 104 Def Conkeldurr: 178-210 (47 - 55.5%) -- 73.8% chance to 2HKO

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Heavy Slam (100 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Garchomp: 196-232 (54.9 - 64.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

vs.

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Aromatisse: 284-336 (69.9 - 82.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Mawile: 126-148 (41.4 - 48.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Iron Head vs. 164 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 183-216 (47.9 - 56.5%) -- 85.9% chance to 2HKO

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Iron Head vs. 108 HP / 104 Def Conkeldurr: 142-168 (37.5 - 44.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ Atk Mega Aggron Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Garchomp: 159-187 (44.5 - 52.3%) -- 19.1% chance to 2HKO

Gotta say love that name! I would have to ask, why run WP Reuniclus? The most common thing is leftovers. i'd have to say that the rest seems pretty nice, your choice on the Aromatisse.

expand on your descriptions and try to complete your spreads; everything you're required to have is outlined in the rmt rules. there isn't really an excuse to not have at least a decent amount of description because you should have some idea of why you decided on a certain pokemon and its set, especially if you tried the team several times. there's many resources if you're unsure about spreads or sets

i would like you to update your rmt within a day

In my opinion just from the looks of how this team is set up, I would take a look at this team here. This is a TR team using Trev as it's setter. It has shown to be very consistent throughout the whole metagame.

Without more information, I can't help any further. Sorry :X
