Stall Team - My sencond RMT

Hello fellows, this is my second rmt here in smogon. I play pokemon mostly in my 3ds so if you have any advice, please suggest me pokemon obtenaible in x and y (as kalos born). I appreciate if you do not suggest pokemon with mt’s learned during the last generations or move tutors. Let’s begin

The Lead / Support
Tyranitar “The balls”
move 1: Stealth Rock
move 2: Pursuit
move 3: Crunch
move 4: Rock Slide
ability: Sand Stream
item: Leftovers
evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
nature: Careful
Well Tyranitar is one of my favorite pokemon, because he has great def, sp def, and attack. Even more, I can set the rocks in the first turn. I am not the kind of person whi like mixed pokemon, but I consider in change this build for a Sassy T-tar. I do not have any fire attack in all my team but T-tar resists fire. I am considering changing Crunch or Pursuit for Fire Blast. Tyranitar is mostly used against Flying and Ghost pokemon.

The Mega / Physically-based Tank
Venusaur

Move 1: Giga Drain
Move 2: Sludge Bomb
Move 3: Earthquake
Move 4: Synthesis
Ability: Thick Fat
Item: Venusaurite
Evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Nature: Relaxed
I haven’t played Mega Venusaur before and he is amazing. He is even more overpowered with the new ability think fat, being weak just against flying and psychic. I was considering running HP Fire but I got frustrated getting the correct IVs. Even thougt the moveset gives great coverage, I have been also considering running lech seed instead of synthesis.

The Speciall Wall / Support

Chansey

move 1: Seismic Toss
move 2: Softboiled
move 3: Aromatherapy
move 4: Toxic
ability: Natural Cure
item: Eviolite
evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
natue: Bold
I started to play competitive this generation and Chansey is amazing for me. It walls almost every special pokemon and with toxic and softboiled she is able to stall. Since I run toxic in other team members, I have been considering Thunder Wave (it is very annoying). Chansey does not need ivs in attack since I run Seismic Toss. I can dream of Chansey having wish in order to heal all my team, but I cannot have it. Aromatherapy is used to cure my other team members,

Physical Wall
Skarmory
move 1: Roost
move 2: Whirlwind
move 3: Brave Bird
move 4: Spikes
ability: Sturdy
item: Leftovers
nature: Impish
evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
I also dream of having Counter in Skarmory, but this is only possible in Showdown. Skarmory is really amazing being only weak to fire and electric. I start to spam Spikes and then Whirlwind everything that comes in. I think of Defog since I do not have any way to remove hazards, but I do not thinks my team suffer of that weakness. The other attack that I may consider is taunt, since it is difficult for me when I encounter other stall teams.

Physical Wall
Gliscor
move 1: Protect
move 2: Substitute
move 3: Toxic
move 4: Earthquake
ability: Poison Heal
item: Toxic Orb
evs: 244 HP / 252 Def / 12 Spe
nature: Impish
Well Gliscor is an amazing pokemon that has immunity to electric and ground. It can stall very well but he cannot make even a scratch to Gengar. The only way to touch Gengar could be through Knock Off (as Gengar is one of the major threats of my team. I have been considering using Gliscor as a pivot, and also running Taunt. As you can see I do not have any pokemon with an attach effective against Ice, and even Gliscor is weakx4 against this type.

Physically Defensive
Quagsire
move 1: Scald
move 2: Haze
move 3: Recover
move 4: Toxic
ability: Unaware
item: Leftovers
evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
nature: Relaxed
Quagsire has physical wall abilities, even more he is too good against batton pass strategies (talking about passing other stats, not counting sp attack). I like removing the +2 attack from other people’s team and how they look like Quagsire’s face. This guy is so helpful with immunity to electric but weak x4 against grass (I do not have fire or ice coverage). I use recovery just to continue using this guy when the health is running low
Other possible team members:
I have been thinking of Mandibuzz, Talonflame, Klefki, Goodra, etc
I really appreciate your constructive feedback.
Thank you!

Hi. This is a fairly good start to the team. However there are some changes that I can suggest to make the team better.

With all the Defog around, Spikes aren't as effective as they used to be. I think that using Defog yourself on Skarmory could help your team in long, drawn out battles even though you aren't weak to them on paper. Also, Chansey lacks Leftovers to compensate for the damage caused by Sand Stream, using Blissey might be a better idea. If you choose to do so, consider an EV spread of 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 SDef Calm, it is the most efficient EV spread for Blissey in terms of overall stat points. In the same vein, the most efficient EV spread for Chansey in terms of overall stat points is 40 HP / 252 Def / 216 SDef Calm, if you choose to stick with it.

Who is your Aegislash counter? Mega-Venusaur? Gliscor, Skarmory and Quagsire all get raped if Aegislash carries Shadow Ball. Tyranitar loses to any steel move, Blissey can do literally nothing to Aegislash. My suggestion is a pokemon you have already considered; Mandibuzz in place of Gliscor. Mandibuzz has huge physical bulk when fully invested (more than Skarmory or Gliscor) and covers pokemon that your team doesn't currently have covered. As an example, you stated that Gengar is problematic for Blissey, only Tyranitar is able to reliably check it (if it lacks Substitute) and it is currently functioning as a lead without recovery. Additionally, with Skarmory rocking Defog, Mandibuzz is free to run both Taunt and Toxic, allowing it to break opposing stall which you stated is another issue. A final small point, with Gliscor gone you don't have to worry about Aromatherapy clashing with Poison Heal. Making this change solves a whole lot of issues while not opening up any more that I can see.

With these changes, I think your team should perform a whole lot better. Good luck.
