SS OU Stall team with iron defence ferrothorn and perish trap ataria

This is a somewhat unique stall team that I made and played like 15 games with and it seemed decent let me know what you think

Seismitoad @ Assault Vest
Ability: Poison Touch
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake
This is my only real attacking Mon. It is also my fairy counter. I picked poison touch to get poisons for extra chip

Altaria @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Perish Song
- Fire Spin
- Dazzling Gleam
- Defog
My defoger and perish trap user as I love you use some sort of parish trap on stall.it is also a dragon counter.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Body Press
- Iron Defence
I normally switch this in on other steal types or physical threats. It can set up with iron defence and hit supper hard with body pressleach seed is just for recovery would like to keep this Mon but will mess around with the set a bit.

Wailord @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rest
- Toxic
- Scald
- Ice Beam
This Mon is filler and I want a better Mon to take this spot. It's a little bit of a special attacker for more dragon coverage and flying coverage with ice beam. Rest is just to stall out with toxic or if I start to get low.

Stunfisk @ Leftovers
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Discharge
- Earth Power
- Toxic
Stunfisk is my rocker and water coverage Mon. I static on this Mon because if let's me switch into some physical treats and paralyze them
Pyukumuku @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Block
- Recover
this is my unaware Mon and it also sometimes works well with the parish trap because of it block. Taunt is to counter set up and hazard mons. And rocky helmet is just for chip.

The mons are unviable. Check out some sample teams or the viability ranlkings for a better idea of viable sets and mons. Nonetheless, I'll try to help with minimal changes. I have no idea what sets these mons usually run so I may be off. Altaria does not counter dragons. Maybe you're thinking of mega-altaria? Roost over defog for recovery whilst stalling the enemy's perish count, and air slash or something for stab. Seismitoad isn't really good outside of rain unless in nu/ru or something idk I saw joey (pokeaim) use it in ru. If the team really is stall, use gastrodon. I have no idea what roles the other mons fill. Unaware clef over cucumber man and blissey over stunfisk with glowking over wailord if you want a somewhat viable stall team. I'm not sure altaria and ferro are fit for stall eithr, but they are part of the title soI'll leave them in.

forgor sets. Maybe moonblast, heal bell, soft boiled clef with apple. Seismic toss, toxic, soft boiled, teleport blissey with boots. Sludge bomb slack off fire blast fsight glowking black sludge. Scald sub recover toxic gastrodon with apple for item. Idk calcs for most stall teams. I think just 252/252/4 everything

For some reason I can't edit my previous posts. You may need a refresher on the difference between a check and counter. A counter (as my memory serves) is a mon that can always switch in on another mon and beat it every single time. For example, blissey can always switch in on and beat volcarona. A check however, is a mon that can beat a mon 1 on 1, but can't switch into the mon and still beat it. For example, Kartana checks blacephalon. Assuming they both have no scarf and are timid/jolly, Kartana naturally outspeeds and KO's with knock off. If you had a level one wooper up against the blacephalon and wanted to knock it off for a KO, you wouldn't be able to switch in, as Kartana's abysmal SpD wouldn't let it take a hit. Or maybe the blace clicked astonish and ur fine.

what do you think about switching out waillord with clef

Clefable @ Heavy-duty boots/ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 200 Def / 60 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Toxic
- Ice Beam

Stall una clef usually runs this:

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled
- Flamethrower / Heal Bell / Wish

The idea behind this set is that clef can reverse sweep as an opposing sweeper such as volc or fini is boosting. Once clef gets high enough, the opp will do nothing to you and you can win.
