standard one on one RMT

things that i am considering changing in bold
changes will have look like this
[strike]original[/strike] new
lead
dpffa053.png

persian@wide lens
ability: limber
nature:jolly
ev:252HP/252speed/4def
moves:
fakeout
tuant
hypnosis
embargo

so far its been a great lead ive only mis predicted on a taunt once on a lead gyradoes who waterfalled instead of Ddance and persian took it too (didnt last long afterwards) so its a pretty good lead and fairly unexpected but fakeout is only good for sashers so i might re think that move

physical wall
Skarmory.png

skarmory@leftovers
nature:impish
EV:252HP/252def/4atk
moves:
stealth rock
brave bird
roost
toxic

always has been a great physical wall for obvious reason (monstrous defense and many resistances + no 4x weaknesses)works great after i get a switch in from taunt i can usually switch in for SR

special wall
latias.png

latias@lum berry
ability:levitate
nature:sassy
EV: 252HP/252DEF/4spdef
moves:
calm mind
recover
surf
ice beam

first of all i know that its a special wall with defense EV but calm mind more than makes up for this plus its resistances do as well and its not bolt beam because i need some water attack coverage and its worked pretty well so far the nature isnt perfect but it isnt meant to sweep so it isnt the end of the world

physical sweeper
Salamence.png

salamence@focus sash
nature:jolly
EV:252atk/252speed/4hp
moves:
dragon dance
brick break
shadow claw
outrage

i havnt been liking this set all that much i rarely get a chance to DDup with it...its movepool isnt to wide but they cover each other a bit... seeing a salamence pretty much guarantees a dragon claw/outrage so a steel type would be a proper switch in and then brick break can take care of that and shadow claw is for any ghosts that are immune to fighting
outrage can usually take out about two pokes before it gets taken out

is salamence goofy looking to any one else?

revenge killer
Hitmonchan.png

hitmonchan@choice scarf
nature:adament
EV:252atk/252sped/4HP
ability:iron fist
moves:
fire punch
shadow punch
thunder punch
sky uppercut

this set has been working decently for me ive been wondering if i should lose the scarf go for HP ev instead of speed and have bulk up on it though it is pretty fast as is right now but there are still things that can outspeed it (aerodactyl) but those things dont usually KO it

special sweeper
Espeon-3.gif

espeon@life orb
nature:modest
ability: synchronize
EV: 252spatk/252speed/4HP
moves:
HP ice
psychic
grass knot
shadow ball

not much to say here besides how awesome it is, its moves are usually not resisted and few things can move faster and hit harder at the same time also it has very good defenses on its own it has taken a salamences fire blast and an electivires thunderpunch (after ot was intimidated albeit)

so the things i can see that may be bad for the team are it has decent coverage all together but the coverage could be in better places

also ive noticed that this team has entirely 252/252/4 EV set and that usually only works on sweepers how should i go about fixing that?

so rate it make suggestions critique it and tell me what you see wrong :) (please and thank you)

things that have been pointed out
ice type attacks can pose problems since there is 2 pokemon weak to it and none resist it

not gonna lie, i dont like this team at all

persian: wide lens is a no, focus sash is much better there if you really insist on using a persian, and dont use embargo since fake out will break sashes anyways and lum/chesto leads are rare anyways, use a weavile with fake out/taunt/night slash/ice punch if you really want to use that kind of a lead, especially since this persian isnt anti-leading or leading well at all

latias is horrible, surf+ice gets horrible coverage, and there is no STAB in there, and it leaves you helpless vs waters (SUICUNE) either go dragon pulse+HP fire, dragon pulse+surf, or just do boltbeam i use tbolt dragon pulse personally, and also if you want latias use reflect over something and put EVs into special attack, since,

591 Atk vs 279 Def & 364 HP (70 Base Power): 320 - 378 (87.91% - 103.85%)

scizors U-turn OHKOs after SR anyways, reaching 290 SpA is useful since a +1 95 BP tbolt or surf will 2HKO scizor if he uses pursuit

salamence: brick break and shadow claw are horrible... they are so weak and dont really provide coverage you dont have. either use fire blast/earthquake or earthquake/roost

on hitmonchan, either use jolly to outrun max adamant gyarados, or drop thunderpunch for ice punch, and use close combat over sky uppercut for power and accuracy

that espeon is outclassed by alakazam, who can use the same move, item, ability, is faster, and has more special attack (not that im saying its a good choice)

weakness: SCIZOR's bullet punch wrecks this entire team since it at most 2HKOs everything here except for skarmory
SDluc, crunch kills latias, ET does avg 84% to hitmonchan and still 2HKOs mence after SR factoring 1 SD 1 intimidate and kills espeon, skarm OHKOd with +1 SD

changes: weavile over persian, after fake out+sleep(unreliable) youre gonna switch out anyways... although seriously use a standard leadape here if you want fake out and put spikes on skarmory
already discussed latias, i recommend dpulse+HPfire
already talked about mence
hitmonchan: CBscizor or a scarf jirachi can do the revenge killing better, and it adds an ice resist
espeon: dont even use alakazam id recommend agiligross since it adds an ice resist that has great synergy with your dragons and helps vs lucario

Pulse and Surf has probably the best coverage of two moves I have seen. I think hitting everything in OU for neutral cept 2 pokemon which are Empoleon and err I forgot the other. So I would replace Beam and put Pulse there.
Espeon-->Azelf/Alakazam are just better at sweeping.
Hitmonchan needs Close Combat over Sky Uppercut. Although I suggest just changing this and adding Heracross here. Double STAB 120 BP moves? Bam.
Salamence needs to change that Shadow Claw to EQ or something. Brick Break isn't horrid it covers Ice types in a physical set, so you can keep that.

Change Persian along the lines the guy above says.

You have a ton of problems here. You lack synergy, and looking at it closely you really have none at all. The EV spreads, movesets and even natures are messed up. Onto a rate.

Persian
Persian isn't much of a viable lead in OU, if you want a normal-type lead, use Ambipom. It has access to Technician and can make a decent lead.

Ampibom@ Focus Sash
Technician
Jolly nature (+Speed, -Sp. Attack.)
4 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed

Fake Out
U-Turn
Payback
Counter

Ambipom is still outclassed by many OU leads, but this is the set you should use. I am no expert at Ambipom, but I heard this works well. Fake Out is your flinch move. It gets STAB and Technican and breaks Sashes. U-Turn is a cool scouting option to get some decent damage in. Payback gets a Technician boost and works well with a Focus Sash. Counter is a fabulous move on this set, it works fantastic with the Focus Sash.

Skarmory
It looks ok, but Spikes are usually better on Skarm. If you need a Stealth Rocker, switch Persian(or Ambipom) for one of the many leads in OU that can set up Stealth Rock for you.

Latias
Latias is usually meant to attack, but if you are using it for defensive purposes you should use this set here.

Latias@ Leftovers
Levitate
Timid nature (+Speed, -Attack)
128 HP/128 Sp. Attack/252 Speed

Calm Mind
Recover
Refresh/HP Fire/ Reflect
Dragon Pulse

Standard set here, but it works well. Calm Mind is your boosting move, Recover is your recovery move, and Refresh keeps you free of status. HP Fire can be used to nail Scizor, while Reflect can keep Latias's alive if it is hit with a physical move. Dragon Pulse is your STAB move here.

Salamence
Everything is wrong here. For starters, run an EV spread of 232 Attack/24 Sp. Attack/252 Speed and a Naive nature. Ditch Brick Break and Shadow Claw for Fire Blast and Earthquake. Focus Sash on anything besides a Suicide lead is an awful idea, because of Stealth Rock. Use a Life Orb.

Hitmonchan
Totally outclassed by the other Hitmons. I think your team can benefit from a Rapid Spinner, so Hitmontop is your best option.

Hitmontop@ Leftovers
Intimidate
Impish nature (+Defense, -Sp. Attack)
252 HP/72 Defense/184 Speed

Rapid Spin
Close Combat
Toxic
Stone Edge

Your best bet here. Close Combat is your STAB move, Toxic is to wear down Ghosts. It also provides you with a decent Tyranitar counter who is a real menace for this team.

Espeon
Use the Calm Mind set found in Smogon's analysis. It is totally outclassed by Azelf, though.

You should really consider revising this team. Read Smogon's analysis, and sign up for the tutor program.

Good Luck.

on brick break:
fighting hits steel, rock, normal, dark, and ice
earthquake handles steels and rocks and hits them harder
there are few nomals that outrage wont handle, and there are 5 in OU. blissey is OHKOd with +1 DD, porygon Z threatens ice beam and forces you out anyways, smeargle dies to either, snorlax is hit harder by outrage and togekiss isnt hit super effective
there are 3 darks in OU, t-tar is covered by EQ, umbreon does not switch into salamence anyways, and weavile threatens with ice shard on pain of death
there are 2 ices in OU, weavile and mamo, both of which have ice shard

i should have said this to begin with but this team cannot have more than 3 ou

i have nothing against OU or anything its just the league i participate in doesnt allow it
i will take your suggestions into consideration
thank you

@witness
the move set and item works good but wouldnt the speed EV be better in a defense stat (especially considering this one has a speed reducing nature) and i dont sav or hack so its not simple enough to get one with (strong) HP fire and correct nature

@boredom is bliss
with a sash weavile could easily knock mence down to 1 HP but i doubt it could take a hit from mence
