Standard OU. Little help please.

This little ensemble is fun to use and surprisingly seems to compensate for my lack of skill enough to net me a win here and there. Rate away. oh and don't pay attention to my redundancy or any bad jokes I tend to pull, as I'm high as a fuck right now and in ten minutes time I doubt I'll remember even writing this.

Ambipom (M) @ Silk Scarf
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fake Out
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Payback

Self-explanatory enough - the little fucker repeatedly fakes out and uturns with enough security due to his excellent speed. Knock off comes in handy against support deoxys, bronzong, jirachi, anything that can't do much damage to it before it u-turns. If I'd have to get rid of him I'd replace him with something like a cool scarfed rampardos or anything else that hits hard physically and fast, as hypno is more of a bulky sweeper. Persian is also viable, as it does the same essential job aside from trading some attacking power for hypnosis. Thoughts?

Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 78 HP/252 Def/180 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Generic dos/mence/ran counter. I like the more offensive oriented spreads for vaps as I've always found it's a pity to waste that sexy sp atk. Lately I've been considering making it modest and maxing sp atk, though that would obviously take away from its durability. Thoughts?

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 192 HP/64 Atk/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Whirlwind
- Spikes
- Roost
- Brave Bird

I've been thinking of scrapping the bird, as vaporeon tends to do well enough against gross/scizor/tar. If anything I'll replace him with a physical wall that's more interesting and fun to use whilst still getting the job done.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def/80 SAtk/176 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Softboiled
- Aromatherapy
- Flamethrower
- Thunderbolt

Boring and fat and doesn't deserve a picture. Desperately need a replacement, preferably a special wall that takes care of my gengar/rotom problem.

Hypno (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Insomnia
EVs: 252 HP/92 Atk/96 Def/70 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Wish
- Belly Drum
- Zen Headbutt
- Fire Punch

The bread and butter. The idea is to wish first, then they'll send out their pert or skarm or whoever else they think will block the status they assume I'm about to dish out, and then comes the belly drum. The sheer surprise of this set is enough to make my opponent's party at least one man shorter, and its potency is enough to bring down another two or three. The spread makes it bulky enough to survive most attacks from the special side of ou, but if there's a better one I'm not seeing please let me know.

Electivire (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 76 Atk/180 Spd/252 SAtk
Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Flamethrower
- Cross Chop

Special vire, meant to counter its counters. Great for zapdos and jirachi, though it is a bit slow and fragile.

Any criticism is appreciated and will be taken into consideration.

If I was you I would go Shadow Claw > Payback, and Brick Break > Knock Off on Ambipom. Shadow Claw is overall more reliable than Payback, as Payback I believe gets rid of Ambipom's greatest Asset, Speed. Also The ability to hit TTar I believe you will find very useful, although as a team you aren't that weak to TTar you dont want him setting up a couple of DDs vs you. Also the knock Off support leaves you open to things like Jirachi's Zen Headbutt and Bronzongs EQ who will weaken Ambipom and lessen its ability to switch in and out again (assuming SR is on the field, which it probably will be as people seem to be going back to using bulkier SRers, due to the rise in anti-suicide leads. Hypnosis has become more unreliable with the release of Platinum, I would think that you will want to keep Ambipom in the light of this.

I think Mix Vire should have HP [Grass] as your team is mostly raped by Swampert, sure Skarm can Whirlwind it out and Vappy walls it up to an extent, but there is not much you can do back to it. If you are looking for a great wall combination outside of Skarm Bliss you could try Celebi and Defensive tran, as they do provide some attacking prowess, or you could stick bronzong or other things there to wall more of the potential threats, or you could go with something lik eMachamp that poses an attacking threat as well as a Defensive one. It all depends on what you want out of your team. If you do think that Bliss is a bit redundant you could go with a TTar of some sort. Any TTar with Pursuit will deal with Scarf Gars, but you'll have to watch out for focus Blast on non-scarf Gars.

Lastly I do not like the way that your Hypno is deadly walled by tyranitar and then procceedes to get pursuited to dealth, but unfortunately Hypno doesnt really have any better physical attacking combination of moves, so you might want to chage that to a better belly drummer, maybe Poliwrath, or even Bellyzard, I don't know. Perhaps a more reliable physical sweeper might be the answer there.

If you want to replace Bliss with something that won't make you Gengar and Rotom weak you could try Snorlax or Spiritomb.

i think with ambipom its nice to slap a scarf on it or a band and change fake out for ice punch, for one it can take out DDmence, has late game sweeping potential, is immune to trick, and can deal significant damage to weaken incoming opponents. change for shadow claw and BB also like goldfan suggested, since it really does help, and payback isnt going to get the increased damage much due to ambipom's amazing speed. Still, if you're going with the flinch and flee combo then i suggest life orb on ambipom for that added power.

vaporeon is still a fantastic bulky water =D going all out looks good, with garchomp and the like out of the way.

skarmbliss combo is still a strong walling combo, but if you want ghost insurance go with lax, you can go offensive and CB your snorlax and slap pursuit on it, or go with rest talk and crunch if you want to keep a tank on your team. its pretty tankish either way.

with hypno, i think its generally not a good choice, and i fear for the situations where stuff like tyranitar, (as goldfan mentioned) heracross, etc switches in, and you wont even have the chance for a belly drum, and both can also catch you with pursuit on the way out for an easy KO. even if you get your belly drum, anything faster that manages to switch in will easily take hypno. and every physically defensive swampert can take hypno's belly drummed attacks so he's a generally bad choice for belly drum sweeping. bellyzard or bellywrath as mentioned have the speed and the power that hypno doesnt and both make better belly drummers.
