ok well after over a year of not playing pokemon, i'm starting to get into it again.

Salamence (M) @ Choice Band

i'm pretty sure whether its Adamant or Naughty, its still a 1HKO. i'm not 100% sure, but smogon's down and i don't know of any other damage calculators

standard as fuck, but it works fine for me. its a pretty defensive EV spread, but i don't see the point in using max satk/speed, thats what Zam is for

Celebi's impossible to kill, especially when Mence is out. thats what HP bug is for.

Since i have no clue what that sentence is supposed to mean, I will just say if you are using magneton anyway there is no need for a mixed set here, replace flamethrower with something else.

I totally agree with you on the EVs. I don't like Synchronize with Will-o-Wisp; either use Ice Punch, Substitute, Wish or Trace.

its magneton,you just kill skarm, die to dugtrio, the evs dont really matter.. =/ In all seriousness, 200 (stat) in speed will outspeed Agility Metagross, I would put the rest in HP.

Ice Beam doesn't ohko Dugtrio anyway, and that isn't what Ice Beam is for... You don't need Ice Beam on this team though.

Celebi's impossible to kill, especially when Mence is out. thats what HP bug is for.
Something like that only works once and won't always ohko with those EVs, and donphan struggles to stand up to celebi's psychic anyway, never mind giga drain/hp grass; you would need choice band for it to be useful... Max HP before defense, and put more attack.

Should you fail to stop skarmory before spikes are set, Suicune will give you a few problems. Donphan will be doing a lot of countering; its the only pokemon that stands in the way of quite a few things including Tyranitar, Aerodactyl, Flygon, and Armaldo. Replacing Gardevoir - although that means you will need ice beam on blissey - with Swampert will help you quite a bit in this area.

Give it 31 IVs in speed, 30 in everything else.

This needs trace or Wish. Wish can outstall ice beam bliss which is cool. Wish goes really well with the rest of your team so I'd suggest that over Will-o-wisp.

-SDef nature, you will need this to take random megahorns. Also consider giga drain somewhere, as you don't have any swampert counters.

I can't see this doing much. Maybe counter over roar?
 
Gardevoir is actually a decent Duggy counter...there's a build that BH suggested that survived an EQ and OHKOs Duggy. According to the damage calc, 328 HP is enough for a guaranteed survival, although I believe BH suggested 330 HP. 372 Sp Atk for the special oriented 44 sp def Duggy for an average OHKO (92 ~ 108%); 353 Sp Atk for no sp def Duggy for an average OHKO; 363 Sp Atk for Duggy with enough Sp Def to survive Jolty's HP. It needs Trace of course.

For the main reason of being walled by Celebi, I don't like T-bolt and Psychic combo...Fire Punch or Ice Punch imo, preferably Fire Punch to prevent Meta wallage.

223 Speed is enough imo to outspeed Adamant cbtars and DDtars with max speed. ditch the rest in HP.

Seeing how Swampert could be a pest for this team, I rather see Giga Drain over Explosion or Substitute. Prefer a better Skarmbliss counter, but I guess Gengar stops non-Ice Beaming Blissey. Perhaps give Gardevoir 338 HP to survive an extra SToss, and make it an Ice Beam Blissey counter.

Explosion may have its advantages, but I like Destiny Bond's ability to bring down Pokemon behind subs, curses, and dragon dances. D-Bond followed by FPunch is pretty much a guaranteed knock out against DDtars =d. You'll want atleast 334 Speed to outspeed max Speed adamant Ttar after 1 DD.

As for an alternate move for Salamence, D-Edge hits waters close to 2hko, so I'd suggest that.

Also I agree Donphan going Counter over Roar. It could take many things by surprise, and can also counter back Zapdos' HP Grass, which is nice. The best would be Roar and Counter however. Now that you have Fire Punch Gardevoir and CBmence, you should prolly afford to lose HP Bug for Counter. If you're going Counter, you'll probably want to come close to max EVs in HP before investing alot in Defense.
