I chose powder because with all the streamers out there its preferred over leftovers same evs spread as milotic just 82 in atk in stead of spdef

When i saw this set i fell in love with it can be used with Sandslash to force out pokemon Wisp for physical pokes to lazy to explain the rest
Overall i think this team is pretty strong i think is has alot of areas covered
