Dragonite @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake

This team started out with Dragonite as the main center piece because i wanted to try out the new weakness policy. Dragonite is the best suited Pokemon for the weakness policy because of multiscale. I try to predict my opponent switching into a Pokemon with a super-effective move and i absorb the move as I dragon dance so, with Dragonite's sky high attack a plus 1 to speed, a plus 3 attack and a sticky web down you can pretty much 2hko kill every pokemon in the tier.

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Gooey
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast

I chose goodra mainly as a counter part to dragonite with its super high spdef it can take plenty of hits from every special attacker in the tier and hit back hard with its high special attack. The only thing that can deal good damage to goodra is if it has a stab super effective move but, I can just switch into Dragonite if its at full hp to take a hit and activate the weakness policy.

Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Def / 164 HP / 92 Atk
Impish Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-Turn
- Roost
- Swords Dance

I needed something to take care of those pesky fairy types. Scizor is one of the best physical attackers and with a swords dance it hits pretty hard especially after a mega evolution. Scizor is a very important part of the team because without it fairies would destroy my team so, i use roost to keep it alive.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Rapid Spin
- Thunder
- Substitute

This spot was originally taken by Rotom-Wash to help deal with Azumarill, but i needed a spinner so Dragonite's multi scale wouldnt be thrown off by stealth rocks. Starmie can take care of Rain Teams even though they got nerfed in gen 6.

Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 188 Def / 124 HP / 88 Atk / 84 SDef / 24 Spd
Impish Nature
- Knock Off
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Taunt

Mandibuzz is my favorite pokemon. Mandibuzz can take hits for dayzz it is a super annoyance. Mandibuzz walls basically everything and is a check for aegislash and can also get rid of azumarill if you play it right. As long as there is no stealth rocks are up Mandibuzz destroys almost everything in the tier. In Gen 6 they buffed dark types by making it neutral to steel types which makes mandibuzz even better.

Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Spore
- Stealth Rock
- Sticky Web
- Destiny Bond

Smeargle is here to help scizor and dragonite sweep. Sticky web basically speeds up all of my pokemon and stealth rocks builds up additional damage to my opponent. Basically Smeargle is here to do what Smeargle does.

The main inspiration of this team is the weakness policy and Assault Vest. I wanted to try out these new items i've never used them before.it does pretty good in low rating i won 10 games straight then lost 1. This is my first RMT and problably the best team i've made. Please leave your opinion and hopefully better sets for my team.

Here is an exportable to test it out

I think having both Starmie and Mandibuzz is a little overkill, I understand that you prefer spin with Starmie instead of defog with Mandibuzz for not removing Sticky Web and SR you place with Smeargle.
Bbut to face the reality Smeargle is a suicide lead so after he place the hazard the first time he will die, hopefully taking his murderer with him with destiny bond but without a spinblocker, and even with one is really difficult to prevent the opponent defog and once it's done Smeargle become a wasted suicide leader, so is better make mandibuzz a defogger (defog, taunt, knock off, roost) if you don't want to break Dragonite multiscale and change starmie back to rotom to restore a mini-volt-turn-core with scizor and help checking some threat, finally change Smeargle to something more useful.

Do you have any suggestions for smeargle because i needa good dedicated lead nothing can really lead on my team and switching into rosks with mandibuzz hurts really bad
