This is the first Uber team I've done, so I'm pretty new to this. When I made this I wasn't planning on playing extended-game so I hadn't considered Arceus, it counters everyting anyway, but still.
DracoCounter
Metagross@Choice Band
252 HP / 244 Atk / 12 Def
Adamant
~ Meteor Mash
~ Ice Punch
~ Explosion
~ Bullet Punch
I was considering this as my lead so far to avoid havoc by deoxys(A) by taking it out with Bullet punch provided that it doesn't have the focus sash/counter combo. Since they're are so many dragons running around in Ubers it's one of my counters to them and can hit back with Ice punch if RayQ is locked into Outrage.
Pressured into the Great Wall
Giratina@Leftovers
252 HP / 244 Def / 12 SpD
Bold
WoW
Rest
Sleep Talk
Dragon Pulse
The main Groudon counter on the team and status absorber. Dragon Pulse over Dragon Claw since Dragon pulse breaks Groudon's subs.
Calm Minder
Kyogre@Leftovers
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid
Calm Mind
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunder
I've been thinking about leading with this instead of Metagross b/c it sets up the weather, but I'm still not sure. The Special wall /special sweeper of the team.
Steel. Trap. Kill.
Magnezone@Leftovers
172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
Modest
Thunder
HiddenPower [Ice]
Substitute
Metal Sound
This one is neccesary to the team because it traps the steel opposers who are in the way of Rayquaza's DD Outrage. Without any steels in the way Rayquaza can go about it's business and sweep. It's also the Dragon Counter, I had planned on Subing on the switch then Metal Sound to cause another switch or attack.
Outraged Ray
Rayquaza@Life Orb
32 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD / 216 Spe
Jolly
DragonDance
Outrage
Extremespeed
EarthQuake
The physical sweeper of the team. After one DD it's unstoppable, except for those occasional Scarf palkia/Mewtwo's in the way. This is exactly why I have two steels on my team.
The Fallback
Blissey@Leftovers
84 HP / 176 Def / 252 SpDef
Calm
Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Softboiled
Stealth Rock / Toxic
The Lati@s counter. I've heard Stealth Rock goes well with Ray's outrage, but then again, toxic helps bring down walls more easily (excluding Giratina)
