My favorite team, and the team I net the most wins with. I play OU.
Galvantula - sticky web support. Can volt switch, which is nice. Thunder is 90% accurate with compoundeyes, so it has some offense uses. Holds a sash. Crucial to this strategy.
Sableye - prankster user. Bold and physically bulky, uses knock off to mess with people if I predict a taunt incoming. A mostly sacrificial role, but also immensely useful for nerfing opponents.
Latias - defogger in case the opponent also sets up web. Holds a white herb so she can fire off two consecutive draco meteors if she's needed offensively. Timid, offense build but also eats special attacks aimed at Sableye. Healing wish for a gentle exit to restore a teammate's health.
Entei - choiced banded extremespeed variant. Used for revenge killing and also for late game cleanup. When web is up, Entei can absolutely spam sacred fire, which annihilates opponents that don't resist it.
Heracross - the physical muscle of this team. Adamant with guts, trained in speed, mega evolves if it gets onto the field without status. Tends to shred and/or sweep enemies once sticky web is up.
Nidoking - the special muscle of this team. Nature raises special attack and lowers special defense. With sheer force and a life orb equipped, he wrecks enemies. Carries superpower to ambush pink egg blob switch-ins.
What do you think?
Latias is used over Latios due to the extra bulk and healing wish.
Nidoking is an absolute must-have, as it is my favorite Pokemon.
Galvantula is used over Shuckle or Smeargle because I feel as if Shuckle is dead weight, and I straight up don't like how either of the two lack offense presence.
Entei is my choice of revenge killer because he's majestic, ES is +2 priority, and he's another personal favorite.
Sableye is too useful to pass up, despite the poor stats.
Heracross-M needs no explanation with its immense base attack.
If you want to suggest a replacement, I should mention that I love generation 2.
