What set(s) do you think I should change?

Like most of my teams, I just tossed this team together because I could. I tried to use Pokemon that have good potential but don't have enough speed, and I'm not afraid of using Pokemon from lower tiers, like Mienshao.

Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magic Coat
- Spore
- Stealth Rock
- Sticky Web

Standard Smeargle set. Sets up Sticky Webs and hopefully Stealth Rocks while putting an opponent to sleep. Not much to say about this set.

Mienshao @ Focus Sash
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Poison Jab

I love Mienshao, but it's low-ish speed hinders it a little bit. I decided to use it on this team. Swords Dance for sweeping potential with that sash, Drain Punch for some recovery along with Regenerator, Knock Off for coverage, and Poison Jab to hit fairies. I have Regenerator in case it is in a bad matchup, hopefully still with it's sash so I can bring it in later for a potential sweep.

Nihilego @ Focus Sash
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Power Gem
- Grass Knot

It was a struggle deciding whether to run HP Ice or HP Fire, but I decided to run HP Fire to hit Steel types. Sash so that if it doesn't pick up a KO on the first turn it still has a chance to get the Beast Boost and sweep from there. Sludge Bomb and Power Gem for coverage, and Grass Knot to hit Ground types. I know it's not the best, but it's the best I can do to cover its x4 weakness to ground.

Medicham-Mega @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Bullet Punch
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch

Medicham because it's strong. It can sweep a lot easier with Sticky Webs up. High Jump Kick for strong STAB, Bullet Punch for priority and possible coverage, Ice Punch for Garchomp, dragons, and ground types, and Thunder Punch for good coverage.

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 240 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Rapid Spin
- Iron Head
- Earthquake

Excadrill to get rid of Stealth Rocks. It can also sweep with a fairly good speed stat if sticky webs are up. Rapid Spin for obvious reasons, SD for sweeping potential, and Iron Head and Earthquake for STAB. Mold Breaker because it's just better than Excadrill's other abilities, and Leftovers so it can have a small amount of recovery.

Manaphy @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 60 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 192 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tail Glow
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Energy Ball

Manaphy because it can be a fast sweeper with Sticky Webs. Tail Glow for obvious reasons, Scald for STAB and a chance to burn, Ice Beam for coverage and to hit dragons, and Energy Ball for other water types and more coverage.

Also, please let me know if you think there are big threats to this team. Thanks!
